Spare room is awesome.
This app is great I like the way the verification process works I like how they eliminate the possibility for scams. An absolutely amazing app, that is useful to many students with a tough schedule between work, school, and travel. You can look for apartments or rooms I highly recommend this app.

This terrible site sends me only people looking for a room in the sticks 50 miles away from my city property. Also, 100% of the "inquiries" have budgets less than half of my rate. I have spoken to support to no avail, yet they continue to take my money. Not anymore. Canceled.
