SCAM

SCAM. AVIOD. DO NOT OPERATE UNDER UK LAW. Report. Do not pay £79.99 to view a property they do not have. They post the same adds time and time again, the 'English lady' on the phone who tried to explain to me that the reason for the sheer number of bad reviews is other agents out of jealously of there cheaper properties. She was very versed In her response so suspected a seasoned pro at play. The more people who reported this scam the better. If you have paid and you bank within the UK you can contact your bank for a refund. People take action against these leeches. Why would we pay for a property we've called to enquire about? No viewing is guaranteed so why pay? Make it make sense

LISTEN TO ME

LISTEN TO ME, THIS IS A SCAM. It is a very clear, organised scam. Do not pay them £79, they will not send you any properties, they use the same pics/listings over and over again to draw you in. THEY DO NOT EXIST. If it seems too good to be true, it usually is. Do not be fooled by them, like I was.

Be aware dont pay them anything!!!
I was looking for a studio in London, took them 3 weeks to send me any available room, and wasn't even in the area I was asking for!!

Scammers!!

Read the small letters as the Citizen Bureau told me they don't operate under UK law.

They operate through the US Constitution!!

Ask them for any physical address! they don't have any!

Still trying to be refunded after two months.

I have just signed up to them for £79

I have just signed up to them for £79. Read the reviews after signing up and was a little concerned but in the end nothing to worry about. They have been excellent in their communication, even though the first viewing wasn't no good for me. Paying a small fee helps to deter time wasters so quite a good idea. PB

Please do not waste your money

Please do not waste your money. These people claim to be doing something to help you find a place to live but offer viewings in locations which clearly are not in locations you have CLEARLY not said you'd like to live. Their fees are ridiculous and I have asked my bank to refund the price as there have been absolutely no services received. If I could give it 0 stars I would. My advice would be to read reviews of any agencies before handing over any money at all because there are a lot of letting agencies that are simply trying to fleece people who are desperate to find a place to live for various reasons.

SCAMMERS DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!!

SCAMMERS DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY!!!
They take your money and do not schedule any viewings for you.
The way they operate makes no sense, as they ask you to call them on the day that you’re available before 12pm, for them to tell the landlord to come and meet you. People are on a schedule, how can you just call someone on the same day to come and meet you? It's ridiculous.

When I was explaining this fact, they refused to give me a refund and hang up on my face.

This is scamming and they should be sued.
