The absolute worst and totally unethical

In the three months we've been here:
- 2 fuse box electrical fires which "is not their responsibility"
- baby cockroaches - "not their responsibility"
- broken shutters - are considered "wear and tear" and "not their responsibility.

Took 1 month to get a fridge that worked
Took 2 months to get the dishwasher that work

Bathrooms stink of sewage constantly. Now having issues with hot water.

AND WE HAVE A TODDLER.

The only way you can contact them is via a ticketing system, where they reject everything.

There's a reason it's the cheapest rent in the area and it's not worth it. The repairs have cost a fortune.

Ridiculously demanding conditions for a tiny flat

I called to enquire about a 1.095€/month flat in Madrid (45 m2, unfurnished). After waiting in line for a while, a staff member picked up and read a series of standard warnings. Then she took all my personal data. Only after this, she asked how much I earned and stated that in order to "accept my application" for that flat, I had to earn more than 3.100€/month. The most common salary in Spain is 1.700€/month, and only around 3% earn over 3.100€/month. The prices and conditions they are asking for a tiny flat in the outskirts are obscene.

Worst real estate agent ever

Worst real estate agent ever!
The woman I talked to pretented to speak english, but she could not understand anything. She was rude, unpolite and spent her time sighing on the phone! She was the most unprofessional agent ever...A pity that this kind of person exists, she is the worst employee for a company, especially a real estate agency which should be welcoming to foreigners!!

Horrible experience!

Everything started from the first meeting. The apartment had to be seen for rent at 18:30. At 18:29, the agent "L", with whom I had arranged the meeting, called to tell me that she was leaving because we had not arrived in time and that she had another visit in another neighborhood at 18:40, although I specified that it was 18:29 and we're parking the car. I arrived at 18:32 but she had left. However, you shouldn't allocate at least 15 minutes to each visit without taking into account the way to the next apartment!?? We met after the visit she had with the other clients and she apologized saying that her boss forces her to make her appointments so close together and that he puts a lot of pressure on her. After we decided to rent the apartment, a whole headache followed. I paid for the reservation of the apartment 400e on the website (something they are asking you before the documents are checked). After this meeting with "L", I was contacted by a certain "F.I.' who, in addition to the nomina that I presented to both potential holders of the rental contract, NIE, employment contract, vida laboral, we were even asked give them our employing company funds and movement! This is incredible! I specify that it is a 2-room apartment in Pinto, unfurnished, without refrigerator, without washing machine, no garage, no parking and very small with the price of 630e per month. :)) What is happening with this company is unacceptable. After the cancellation, I was no longer able to contact this "F.I." by phone, he was always busy, I only discussed by email for the return of the "reservation" of 400e. I do not recommend this agency to anyone, I am sorry that I did not read the reviews before contacting them. It's normal to have both bad and good reviews, but when from 1100 reviews 1000 are very bad that means that it's already a pretty bad problem whit the company and the customer service. Doesn't deserve even 1 star from my point of view.
