Their “agent,” Titania Tran, wow! What a disgrace to genuine professional women that work for their education and make a name for themselves through pure intellect and integrity. I’ve never seen a real estate agent with less class. I get it; we’re in a generation in which attention is given based on the extent to which one can demean themselves. But KW, you appear more as a joke now than ever. As your agents pose with their exposed chests and photoshopped keys in hand.. your business is genuinely laughable.

I should've researched them to save myself from the unwanted stress. First, they prioritize profit over people while providing substandard service. I reported a leak in the water line that doubled my utility bill, only to get the run around until the lease ended. Then after moving out, they took the entire security deposit and claimed that I still owed $286. I made multiple attempts to pay the remaining balance through the online account. After I notified them that I couldn't login, they offered no alternative to clear the balance. Later I received a letter from a debt collector with an accumulated interest amount. Lesson learned I would not recommend.

I would not even give this company 1 star ! The worst estate agents ever !! Worst of the worst !! Do not waste ur time and money on this estate agent especially if you want your house to sell well ! Trying to arrange a viewing and request a home report for a property but ONE WHOLE WEEK no response despite phoning and online request ! Call centre is a absolutely nightmare people are clueless and no one ever return your calls !!! Such a waste of my time ! What a shame on the owners who are trying to sell their house with them ! Avoid 1000000%

Made 5 calls, asking for a call back as I want to view a property, 1 email (which bounced back) and absolutely nothing!

Terrible customer service!

I could never in good consciousness recommend Robert Kalin. My perception was that he was crass, lewd and out of the 5 real estate transactions this was the single worst experience. While the home did close, it was a nightmare to deal with. I stopped communicating with Robert as the deal was currently active. He had to deal with my husband because of his continued "antics" and my unwillingness to speak with him. Heath Hilgenberg the Owner of the Keller Williams La Quinta, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Redlands did not follow up appropriately with complaints of the nature that were escalated. I have had to seek outside treatment after the transaction was completed and have recurring nightmares.
Robert continued to contact us after the closure of the home. The continued unwanted contact resulted in us needing to block him from any communications.

I am hearing that they fire people over false accusations from anonymous people back in 2021. I would not deal with a company with that kind of reputation.

Nobody will tell the honest truth of my contract, but wanted 14.1% commission from me and a counter offer with fake names I'm sure he was using to buy it for himself had me paying everything even a down payment and a holders fee for my own house, Would of stole $32,000 from me and Dusty saw no problem with it since I had plenty of equity. Also never referred no houses for me to look at and one that I wanted to see he never showed up.

I'm dealing with a guy from here selling the house I'm renting.. I've been in my home over 12 years and it's going for sale now and this guy literally came into my home and took over.He made an appointment to show my house tonight from 8:30pm to 9:30pm. I was told to vacate my home after he told me in a text to make sure my home is very clean for these lookers.Im still waiting for them to come and it's 9:20 this guy has not texted me nor called and cancelled them coming.I know he doesn't have to report to me but it's called respect ya know but I really don't think this company knows what that is.Ummm they are coming to buy the house not my stuff.I am disabled and on 24/7 oxygen and I use a bi-pap at night so I asked him in the future let's not plan so late and he basically said he didn't give a snap about my health he can do what he wants when he wants.For this visit it was pouring and I'm loading my car with tanks of oxygen cuz they don't last long so I mean this is a real inconvenience for me but he really did not care and he made that clear. I jus want to know why am I still paying rent? He should be paying it for me since he can come and tell me when I have to get out. I've never met somebody so rude in my life.. I wouldn't use this place if I was gonna gain millions, I truly believe you get whatcha pay for and using these people YOU AIN'T GETTING MUCH.

All they realtors are rude and they discriminate! They don’t help anyone! I have reached out few times for a few months they ghost you! Soon you say rental assistance! I work 48hrs and yes have rental assistance because apartments are very expensive! I work hard just like realtors and people still need help! They all full of crap and think all they property for cash tenants!

We listed our home with a local agent with kw. While an agent was showing our home a diamond waterfall cluster ring that I had bought for my wife, a gold ring with a ameythest stone and a gold bracelet were stolen, also I had 300.00 in gold coins that I had in a can stolen . I reported this to my agent with kw and he contacted his broker after I filed a police report, the agent had me contact his broker who was out of greenville sc who was Tim Elder . The broker became irate over the phone and he said he was on the board of realtors . and that in 60 years that had never happened to his company. He then screamed at me on the phone I am not responsible for your loss of jewelry during a showing of your house. This jewelry is sentimental to my wife I bought it in 2005 for her . We are retired pastors and I am an amputee in a wheelchair. We are very upset the way their broker talked with us and didnt even try to help us with this, he said sue me take me to court I'm not worried about your stuff. we had heard that kw was a professional company that is why we chose them. I have filed a complaint to the BBB as well. I would warn anyone against choosing this company in anderson SC. I have stopped just short of retaining an attorney. My next move will be to file a complaint with the board of realtors of SC. I just talked with someone today on the board of realtors and he informed me their insurance should have paid for our loss. But their broker Tim Elder in greenville told me he had a lot of pull and power and dared me to take him to court. I have never in my 65 years of life been treated like this by an agent or broker. And have never been talked to like this man talked to me, he had no compassion about our loss of jewelry or coins.I would like to resolve this issue but no one from kw has contacted me. Anderson SC is a small town and to conduct business like this with a man in a wheelchair while we allowed them to show our house and trust them that while they were showing our house things would be safe.This is not going to help kw one bit. what we feel has happened is kw has gotten so big powerful and rich they have lost the value of their customers. this is not over yet. I want an apology from the broker and our loss to be recompensated. sincerely pastor John

To whom it concerns,We are sharing this nightmare experience with whomever care to listen.First week of January 2023 we had one of the most horrific experiences of our lives with this entity Keller Williams Realty.Our agent contacted the personnel there in reference to a rental property that was available for rent,the agents/brokers there are extremely unprofessional individuals anyone could ever encounter.Again our experience. The incorrect paperwork/forms for the rental was forwarded to our agent a minimal of three(3) separate times,when our agent contacted the agents there at Keller Williams Realty for further instructions: via email and followed up by a phone call it was ignored for (72)hours then an email was sent from Keller Williams Realty stating DO not call me DO not text me period.So our agent advised us to go there so,we could speak to them directly.We get there with our agent walk into Keller Williams Realty to be greeted by a front desk person screaming for entirety of our visit.Then we asked to speak with the person who asked Not to be contacted because,that was the individual who was in communication with so we thought.They came over to us gave our agent some more incorrect paperwork,then sent an email with light yellow background with white font that was not legible to read let alone fill out speaking to us with a very demeaning tone.We attempted several times no less than 5 to ask questions and was immediately shonned and cut off mid sentence.The Keller Williams agents/brokers rudely says to us I have to go,I have to go,I have to go,at least 7 to 8 times in a row and left us without any solution.We were shocked that a company that has been around for decades could have such a horrible,non-caring,nonsupportive,dismissive,
rude,unprofessional.SPEECHLESS!
We would not nor could not recommend anyone who could allow agents/brokers to speak to anyone let alone another agent in the same field we thought with the same goals.The result was they? Keller Williams Realty never returned to assist us in any way,there were no apologies,we left with a very sour taste in our mouths and,suggest if you want to
talk to professionals and get help DO not go to Keller Williams Realty for a rental nor for the purchase of property of any kind-Again our experience.

The neighbouring property has advertised their house with this unprofessional company. The photo of the house next door shows my double garage, drive and gates as part of the property for sale. I have telephoned and emailed and now 4 days later they have still not removed it. Not even a reply to my emails or phone call.
When and if I sell my property this is one company I will stay far far away from!!!

I tried this realtor despite the other poor real estate reviews as they were the only one available to help me find a vacation home. All I can say is, NEVER AGAIN!!!!

It was not stress free, the buying process was made so complicated with them insulting the home owners of the home that I really wanted to buy.

They have all the qualities of an evil dictator and I have no idea why they even have a real estate license when they clearly don't like people, let alone houses. Valuable advice would be to STAY CLEAR, the entire process will be giving me nightmares for years.Steer clear of Stacey Johnson, she didn’t not listen to what I was trying to convey to her, constantly checking her phone probably Facebook, leaving pled like she needed to be somewhere else and had the fakest laugh and even her smile was forced, worst experience of my life! NEVER AGAIN I can’t say it enough !

BEWARE!!!! If I could give less than one star, I would. This organization should have been working for me, but was not!!!! If purchasing a house, get your own realtor. I lost my escrow fee of $2500 because I didn't extend my probationary period out two more days, even though the realtor was supposedly working for me and didn't advise me of this. Also, purchasing the new home was contingent on selling my current home.

Do not believe a word from them. Get your own realtor that works for you and do your homework. I was overseas trying to sell/purchase a new home and they took advantage of me. Do not let them do that to you. They will lie, cheat and steal in order to get your money and then turn your back on you.

Also, insurance!!!! Don't believe what is written in their review of a home you are looking for. It might say $150 a month, but in reality, it is $750 a month. All a scam. Be weary and watchful. Find someone you trust. Definitely not them. After 34 years in the military, I thought I had seen it all. However, they took my money and didn't blink an eye. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION AGAIN!!!!

They sold me a home, I was assured it had city water. It turns out it has no water whatsoever. I have to live in a hotel,they will not return my calls........stay away

WORST BROKERAGE EVER. I have worked at this brokerage over 2 months now and they do literally nothing to help you. You take a 30 day course and then when your done they leave you in the dust the mentor also doesn’t help you with getting much leads besides give the same trash advice you can find online no opportunities for hands on work all the training is bs and outdated that no one does anymore and they don’t give you any hands on work like open houses etc. how is anyone supposed to learn when all they are doing is sitting through lecture and not doing anything??? Waste of time coldwell banker is much better.
