Personised Item received was defective. Contacted customer service. Cherry been very helpful and arranged a replacement, showed me it and now awaiting new one to be delivered. Very happy with service received.

Cherry was great, id emailed to get update and she replied promptly with info and kept me up to date. My item had then got misplaced in the post but cherry helped to look into it and kept me updated and my item was eventually found and delivered. Very friendly and polite
Great product, really good quality and quick despatch. Courier lost my parcel. Excellent communication with sender helpful throughout. Luckily parcel was found and did arrive, but a replacement had already been arranged.
Ordered a photo bracelet, I didn't expect it would arrive in time for Christmas, but it did and its lovely
I paid £30 for a Christmas decoration as a gift for my Mum. It arrived late and broken. The photo isn't very clear and you can't really see half of it. I'm so disappointed but will vote with my feet and never buy from them again.

WARNING- DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I paid for an item that l was led to believe was a miniature figure of my son but turned out to be a rubbish framed picture of him as if he was a miniature figure. It will go in the bin as the quality is so poor. That's 43 quid down the drain. All this after emails back and forth for nearly 3 weeks of asking where my item was. China has become the hotbed for scammers as that is the third time l have been done this Christmas from that country. Don't be conned like l have been

Queried a few different things and everytime I received a very supportive, helpful response. Excellent customer service throughout.
Ordered a Russian doll set, prepared it all online thinking hmmm never ordered off instagram before but says uk at the end be ok. When going through it and designing all looked great thought why not be a lovely personal Christmas gift, it’s just been delivered Christmas Eve ordered on the 13th Dec so excited as main Christmas gift but when opened the bag got covered in saw dust the dolls don’t even really fit together and when pushed it’s so hard to even open them. The wood is disappointing to as not smooth. Very disappointing and will not be ordering off this company again, will just have to give gift like it is. Plus you have to pay extra for shipping and then a tip what’s that about I did manage to tick that box to say no thank you. Just don’t order the dolls say away.

Misinformation about delivery, paid for express delivery to ensure arrival before Christmas, however after purchase it tells you that it's double the time because of production, so instead of arriving at its latest today it will not arrive until 1st of January. Be careful when using.
