Excellent customer service

Love their personalised products,and have ordered previously from Soufeel without any issues. On this occasion, there was a small issue with one of the fridge magnets not playing music, but Cherry C from customer services was very quick to respond and sort out a replacement. Very communicative, informative, professional, and helpful. Would recommend! Thanks again Cherry C and Soufeel!

Fridge beat magnet

I ordered a fridge beats magnet gift for my girlfriend for Christmas and it arrived in good condition but the music did not play. I immediately reached out to the company asking for a new order. I spoke with someone named Cherry and they were extremely helpful, issued a brand new unit at no cost and it works!

I’m happy to have received my order

I’m happy to have received my order.But massively dissapointed,I designed a moon picture for my brothers daughter,under the impression it was going to be lovely and gold/shiny beautiful pic….no it was YELLOW/ BLAND so dissapointed and this was falsely advertised.
After seeing pics of moon dates I thought would have some depth to it(no I got flat design) nothing like pics advertised.Like a colouring book picture.
Will be taking this further.The price I paid as what I thought was a lovely gift,completely ruined.

I ordered two photo projection…

I ordered two photo projection bracelets for my two friends.
I am very disappointed, product does not work as advertised. The listing states that the image should be clearly visible with the naked eye when held up to the light and that it should project onto a wall when a light is shone through it. In reality, the image is not visible in either of these ways on either bracelet.
I contacted the seller and was asked to provide a video showing the issue, which I did. Despite clearly demonstrating that the image cannot be seen, I was then asked to provide further photos showing the same problem, which felt unnecessary and repetitive.
These bracelets were purchased as a meaningful gift for a friend following her father’s funeral. Due to the items not working as described, I am now left without a suitable gift and with no time to replace them, which is extremely disappointing.
The two bracelets cost a total of £32, which is a significant amount of money for products that do not function as advertised. They were also shipped directly from China, suggesting that no quality control checks were carried out before dispatch. Overall, the items are not as described and not of acceptable quality. I would not recommend.

Poor Product and Poor Service

I don't usually write reviews, but have to say that I'm extremely disappointed with the product and service. I ordered 3 mini 3d photo viewer 'keychain's for family members for Christmas and they have only just arrived (6 weeks delivery). The mini view finders dont work properly- the reel doesn't seem to fit and you can't see the photos! There is also no keychain supplied, when the product is advertised as a keychain! The website does not give an option to complain and the review I tried to leave on the website miraculously disappeared after submitting!!!

Fraudulent advertising

Ordered a personalised piece of jewellery from here. It arrived in time for Xmas. Advertised as 14ct gold plated silver. Item was discolouring after 2 days of wearing. Contacted customer service and received a generic reply that I had purchased copper jewellery and this was normal. When I pointed out the fact they are advertising silver, they tried to backtrack and say it was in fact silver not copper. Oops, this was a blatant lie and when I called them out for it they offered me an additional product as a replacement but k have to pay delivery for it. I declined the offer as I don’t want to replace it with another copper product and spend additional funds on a shoddy product. Refusing to offer refund and offered £5 as a gesture… I would avoid this place unless you enjoy a green neck and mouldy copper around your neck.

Very poor quality and service

Ordered the stacking Russian dolls. They are much smaller than advertised and do not open and close properly. The quality is very poor. This was raised with customer services who have now strung me along for weeks, asking for video evidence and even once that was sent, they refuse to refund. They are now not replying to emails. Do not use this company.

My purchase arrive broken. Which was unfortunate. However, the customer service was great! Very friendly and understanding! Sent a replacement without hesitation. I just received it and absolutely adore it! It's a gift for my boyfriend and he's going to love it!

Given false production/delivery time and the supposed 3D statue was not as pictured on the site. Rip off price for the product I purchased and will be advising anyone to stay away. Scam china company
