Paul is fantastic, customer service is second to none with this company. We have been repeat customers for a few years now and love the products we have purchased. If any issues we have always been taken care of.

We were drawn to order solar garden lights from Solagarden based on the information contained in their advertising material. The order was placed and delivery was speedy. The warm white garden lights have boosted the overall appearance of the garden. The lights have certainly outlived previous solar lights that we have purchased in the past. Ongoing professional and supportive backup provided by the company is truly unique and much appreciated. A fantastic addition to our garden!

This was our 4th set of festoon lights from Solagarden, to replace an inferior set we purchased previously from another company. We really like the big size of the solar panel and all the cable ties to help secure the lights to the fences, and are gradually replacing all our solar garden lights with those from Solagarden.

Excellent customer service and fast hassle free shipping. Highly recommend these guys.

Absolutely incredible quality lights. We bought two festoon lights around August 2024, and they still work as if they are brand new.

I bought 3 sets of feston lights a year ago and i was extremally pleased with them.lastweek 1 decided not to come on.i contacted supplyer and they suggested a few things to try wirh no sesult.they sent me a new ser straght away.Great service .

I have made two purchases of ground solar lights as they came up on Instagram. They were inexpensive so whats the worst. They arrived really quickly and were all ready to go. Placed them and really impressed at the warm white light they put out. Not at all dull. Ok so ordered another 8 and they arrived equally as fast and the same deal. All ready to go. After a few weeks three decided they didn't want to work any longer so I contacted the company. Within id say an hour, I had a reply saying we are sending replacements. Now thats customer service!
They are really great lights and I would definitely order them again and also tell friends.

Excellent quality products. I have purchased 3 different products from solar garden and very happy with them all. They are responsive and understanding when needing replacement.

I needed a solar light with a remote solar panel, but unfortunately there were none shown in their catalogue. Paul went out of his way to obtain one for me. The service was very prompt and professional. Thanks Paul.

I purchased 8 garden solar lights for Christmas. Despite being in full sun o ly 4 of them work now. VERY DISAPPOINTED AS I THOUGHT YOU SOLD QUALITY PRODUCTS.

Having been extremely impressed with the fast delivery of the ordered ground lights and loving the transformation of the back garden, I had occasion to email Solagarden regarding a malfunctioning light. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I received a most courteous reply only FOUR hours later with the advice that a replacement was to be shipped forthwith. I would highly recommend this company not only for its products but for the excellent customer service experience.

Prompt delivery, lights work well. Smaller than expected but still bright. Expected some product info with the boxes but nothing in box or bag

I purchased these for my garden, 2 didn’t work so I contacted the company who were so helpful and sent replacements straight away without any delay! I highly recommend this company, there was no resistance to my request and they were so nice and efficient to deal with!

Excellent products. Path lights are bright and stay on all night. Firefly lights are very pretty and add a nice touch to the garden. Very good customer service and quick delivery. Recommended.

Wonderful in ground lights for around pool area. Slight issue with some lights failing after 6 months. Immediate replacement with no questions. Amazing customer service, would highly recommend.

I have bought quite a few sets of SolaGarden lights and I am clearly not stopping anytime soon. My 93 year old Mum loves them as well. They line the path outside her house and make it much safer if she happens to get home late at night.

And Paul’s customer service is second to none. If there were a 10 star option I would be giving it faster than the lights pop on at dusk.
