Healthcare is confusing, exhausting, and nearly impossible to navigate. Solace provides you with an advocate—covered by insurance—who takes on the toughest parts of the system, so you don’t have to do it alone. Solace advocates find doctors, keep providers coordinated, fix insurance issues, and handle the endless paperwork that gets in the way of care. We’ll pair you with a dedicated advocate who supports you one-on-one for as long as you need help. Our advocates bring an average of 16 years of experience, and they’ve already helped over 200,000 patients and families nationwide. Solace is covered by Original Medicare and many Medicare advantage plans. You’ll never pay anything beyond your standard deductible or coinsurance. Most patients pay $0 or a small amount per month. All it takes to get started is a quick intake call. One of our licensed physicians will get to know your healthcare challenges and pair you with an advocate who’s the right fit for your care.

Meghan is great in every way; kind, thoughtful, understanding & helpful. All of our sessions are at least an hour, thanks to my talkative nature. I don't hold much back, unfortunately, but Meghan handles it all with grace & good humor. I come away feeling heard every time. I feel like I've made a friend. She's also helped me be a better friend & listener to others.

My advocate was polite and courteous, claimed to understand the issues, but in practice, did not advocate to solve any issues. Was unprepared, although well informed by me. Didn't address issues involving my "Pharmacy Provider, Medical Provider and Insurance?" And their individual responsibilities.

I was assigned an advocate who gave me incorrect information and almost caused a huge problem. She looked up information and passed it on to me, expecting me to do all the work in contact the insurance company to appeal a decision. My recommendation; vet your advocate to find out what their experience is before you end up wasting a lot of time accomplishing nothing.

Amber is spectacular. She listens, advises and directs for my best interests. She has a great sense of humor and is very patient with me and my joking around. She is my advocate and I couldn’t be in better hands! Give her a raise!

I’m not sure what to say about that. I’m waiting for my next appointment on July 26 with Mary Reay

I was blown away by my advocate Wendi conyer from our first talk she made me feel comfortable her energy and compassion and caring was so refreshing I felt so welcome I could tell this wasn't just a job to her and ever since that first talk she has never let me down she has been proactive about getting me help with my meds she's assisting me with housing she has got me clothing I have not a shadow of a doubt that she is truly my advocate that she has only my best interest in her heart for me but more than all that she has become a friend and confidant and as a person that has a terminal illness
I can't help but give back some of the love 💕 and support she has given me so Wendi conyer thank you for your help but God bless you for your love and friendship 🙏❤️🍑🔥
