Healthcare is confusing, exhausting, and nearly impossible to navigate. Solace provides you with an advocate—covered by insurance—who takes on the toughest parts of the system, so you don’t have to do it alone. Solace advocates find doctors, keep providers coordinated, fix insurance issues, and handle the endless paperwork that gets in the way of care. We’ll pair you with a dedicated advocate who supports you one-on-one for as long as you need help. Our advocates bring an average of 16 years of experience, and they’ve already helped over 200,000 patients and families nationwide. Solace is covered by Original Medicare and many Medicare advantage plans. You’ll never pay anything beyond your standard deductible or coinsurance. Most patients pay $0 or a small amount per month. All it takes to get started is a quick intake call. One of our licensed physicians will get to know your healthcare challenges and pair you with an advocate who’s the right fit for your care.

I've been mostly bedridden for 13 months with no wen ND in sight m and no real diagnosis. It's not a constant return to health, but more up and down. Woth no improvement for a year, even 10 minutes of a little more energy and a little less pain is huge!

My advocate did all she could to get me into a pain management program. I appreciate all of the help from the doctor to the advocate, they were caring and concerned about my pain. It was a pleasure working with them. Thanks for all the help.

What a lousey company. I scheduled an appointment over a week ago for today @ 3:40 pm. I get an email stating that they are running more than 10 minutes behind. They denied me when I asked them to reschedule then they sent me an email telling me that they lost my information. That they didnt have a confirmation of my email. I sent them the emails that they sent me. I refuse to do business with a company that loses my information and denies any contact. Must be a testament to how they do business and that's lousy.

Solace I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs an advocate, who needs someone to help and be in your corner. My experience was above my thoughts and expectations of a place of people who care and will do their best to accommodate you. I was never left in the dark about anything. Or had to wait for someone to call me and update me before, during and after. My customer service rep Tiffany is the best person I've had the pleasure to work with during my process of getting a medical need met. She was on top of getting information, finding out what the next step. She worked with my Dr and did the work to make it less stressful on my Dr.! She advised my whole medical team with great information and what the best out come would be by keeping up during the whole process. She's amazing! Plus she's looking into other things I may need or would benefit from. Definitely would recommend Solace to everyone!

It has only been a month so I really can’t judge. But of what I’ve seen of Kaylee she is very impressive. I need more time to make an educated decision. Thank you
