We placed an order for a sofa in January!

We placed an order for a sofa in January and, 15 weeks later, we are still waiting for delivery. At the time of purchase, we were given the option of a 7-week or 10-week delivery timeframe, both of which have now been significantly exceeded.

We were not proactively informed of any delay. Instead, we only became aware of an issue after contacting the company ourselves, as we were unable to select a delivery date when expected. Following multiple calls with different representatives, we received conflicting information—initially being told the sofa had entered the delivery network, only to later be informed that it had not. This inconsistency reflects a clear lack of communication and has left us feeling misled.

A formal complaint was logged on 10th April, and we were advised to expect a callback within 72 hours. This has still not been fulfilled. Despite chasing this several times, we continue to be given the same timeframe with no resolution or follow-up.

Overall, the experience has been extremely frustrating, with poor communication and a lack of accountability throughout. To add to the urgency, I am currently pregnant, and the continued delay means we may not have essential furniture in place when it is needed.

Johnathon was very helpful at showing us the ranges of sofas that suited our requirements.
Once we had come to a decision on the sofas we wanted to purchase, he was very thorough in explaining the purchasing procedure , ensuring that we were completely happy with our choice, estimated delivery date, etc.

Helpful and Knowledgable people saved my blushes

Helpful and Knowledgable people made sure I was ordering the correct colour scheme for two additional chairs to match the sofa I had already purchased. I was called after the order was placed on line as one of the staff in the purchasing department sotted a small difference in the colour schemes. The order was quickly updated and my error was corrected. That is fantastic attention to detail and saved me some embarrassment. Fantastic customer service from Sofology once again. I have only praise for them and will recommend to anyone.

I changed my email address in store and…

I changed my email address in store and everything went downhill from there. They confirmed a delivery date then sold my suite to someone else. Had to reorder wait another 8 weeks after already waiting 12 weeks / do another credit check / fill in another application etc.

Service from Saj and the products

Didn't really want to go into sociology as not heard good comments. But it was a very good experience.
Saj helped my mum whose was in a wheelchair showed her what she had asked for. Helped her into the chair. Was very knowledgeable regarding the products. Set everything up as we had to go home and remeasure the space. The overall experience was good.
Saj went out of his way to make my mum feel special.

A very stress free process with no…

A very stress free process with no pressure from the sales team. We were given the time and space to check out what options were available snd when we requested help it was offered professionally and in a friendly way. George was really helpful and kept the whole thing light hearted and enjoyable. Can not wait to receive our new suite.
