Great experience

We were unsure of what mattress to get when we popped into dreams so we dropped by a couple times and Edward (Bangor N.I branch) was always a friendly face ready to greet us. He helped make the process so much easier with his recommendations and we can’t thank him enough! Ended up buying 3 mattresses and 2 bed frames and couldn’t be more pleased.

I have been on a look out for a sofa & Edward from the Bangor (Northern Ireland) store was so helpful! He was an absolute pleasure to speak with & he made me feel so good about the purchase I was making!
I wanted to bring my mum into the store for her opinion & she equally loved the Lila corner as much as I did. My mum ended up purchasing a bed from Edward - he’s a very good sales man!
I’m excited to get set up in my new home & my new sofa will be a great addition. Thank you so much!!

I picked a 3 & 2 seater suite but it…

I picked a 3 & 2 seater suite but it was discontinued a few days before I was due to receive it. I wanted my deposit back so I could go elsewhere but was talked into another set when they gave me a large discount, however after only 2 MONTHS the sofa started sagging. This started a year long battle to try & sort this out. They seemed helpful until after I'd paid the suite off & then they told me they WEREN'T going to do anything & to go to Trading Standards. I had told Sofatime Customer Service thst i was disabled & sat on the one side of the sofa for comfort, they told me i should've been moving around & changed seats (REALLY), i asked if that meant someone who is disabled & housebound shouldn't buy one of their suites but they said no as there was nothing wrong with their furniture. Instead I went to Radio Ulster & their consumer programme with Holly Hamilton. FINALLY Sofatime gave me £300 & let me keep the problem sofa, which I took as the stress had made me ill & the sofa was making my disabilities worse. I wouldn't recommend them & to be honest, I wouldn't even buy a cushion from them. I am BITTERLY DISAPPOINTED in the way I was treated

Fantastic New Living Room Suite And Mattress

Called in-store today for a quick visit, to buy a mattress, and came across an unbelievable deal on a living room sofa-set that was just too good to turn down. Karen and Johnston were exceptional to deal with and, with customer service being something we value — being why we shop in-store and local, rather than online — it helped seal the decision to go for it. Ended up with a great deal on both the mattress and the set, so two birds with the one stone and all that. This is our third time, now, dealing with Dreams in their Omagh store and we will be back again when need next arises. Thanks again to Karen and Johnston for their personal and attentive service.
