Great service. Visited the store in Crescent Link and was served by Aaron who was really knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to explain all the different options to get the best mattress for us.

I came into the store and there was this welcome smile from this gentleman at the desk, from then I knew I was going to have a pleasant day. His name was Matthew, he greeted us and asked how he could help. We were looking for a double bed mattress & frame. He was exceptionally professional. He talked us through various options & payments and also did the sleep match with us and explained every detail. Wow I can say I have never been more impressed with the way he dealt with us!
And of course we went away with what we came for.
He is quite an exceptional sales officer!

Had the best experience with the team at crescent link store in derry. Aarron and Matt was extremely helpful from the first trip to the store. Both myself and my husband was shown the beds and variety of mattresses throughout the store. But we ended up fallen in love with a tv bed and went for top of the range tempur mattress. The fact this mattress has such a great guarantee and 100 sleeps promise is what had sold it to us. So glad we have invested into the top quality bed here at Sofatime. There was no pressure or hard selling from the team here and where very welcoming and friendly anytime we have calling into store. Thanks again guys 10/10

Michael really went above and beyond, to the extent he was running 100metre sprints through the shop to get us the best deal

Lee welcomed us in and was very pleasant. He took us around the store, was friendly, and got us sorted quickly. What we thought was just going to be a quick browse turned into a really nice shopping experience. They had a machine that matched us to a number of beds and Lee was able to use it to get us to the perfect one.
