Zero stars. Delivery took a month. First delivery date passed with no update. Emailed customer support to complain and confirm second delivery date but no reply. Website says they’ll contact you the night before to confirm delivery time slot but they don’t. Good concept ruined by poor communications / management. Clearly only interested in their commission payment. Avoid.
Very happy with the sofa I purchased…
Very happy with the sofa I purchased and seller was brilliant. Delivery time was around 3 weeks which was over my scheduled date, but the delivery guys was fabulous. However a power pack was lost in transit for one of the recliners and took me nearly another 3 weeks for replacement to be sent . But got there in the end . Would of given 5 stars if communication regarding power pack was quicker and resolved more efficiently. Would still recommend as the sofa is lovely and as described.

From the price range of the item, to the minute my new sofa arrived in my home, I could not fault service or experience. The website was easy to use, you could talk to sellers directly on site. Once purchased, I was contacted within 24 hours by customer services to arrange my delivery after collection was organised. Everyone was polite, lovely, and on time. • since posting the owner of the company did contact me personally to apologise and assured me that she would be making changes so this doesn’t happen to people in the future•
Beware , our sofa wouldn’t fit into the house , so the delivery man phoned their manager a chap called Ben, he phoned back and told them to just leave it outside ! Pouring with rain but not their problem.
Definitely not delivered safely and professionally into a room of my choice as Sofaholistic promised.
Missing sofas!
I sold two sofas through Sofalistic.They sold within 3 days of being listed and were collected on April 1st. I was then informed that they would be delivered to my buyer on April 12th.
I was also informed my buyer had 48 hrs to consider her purchase, then the money would be released into my bank account.
It is now 4 days since the transaction took place and despite several emails from me I have had no communication , except an automated message saying that I would be contacted within the next 48hrs!
I have no idea where my sofas are and a complete wall of silence from Sofalistic.
Having now read previous reviews it would seem I am not alone.
The concept of the company to help sell your sofas is good however their communication is rubbish as is the delivery side of the business.

They have my money. I don't have a sofa. They have no contact phone number. I have tried so many times to email them and the delivery company to coordinate.
They did one delivery attempt. They did not send the delivery time window the evening before as advertised. The day before, and on the day (8/4/26), I tried emailing them several times asking for an update or to reschedule. They seem to have no phone number. The delivery company left a voicemail on the delivery day (the phone did not ring and again with no number I could call back), 1h + 15 minutes before the time slot. By then it was too late for me to reschedule and so I was not in when they wanted to deliver. By 13/4/26 I had no communication to reschedule delivery. It's now 16/4/26 I have finally managed to talk to the delivery company but they have very limited date options and I have just had enough and want my money back. I finally also managed to get in touch with them via Facebook messenger.
Also there seems to be a scam instagram account pretending to be them, but with a whatsapp number. This presumably can only exist because the actual company provides no contact number and so frustrated customers like me look online for a way to contact them.

Really easy to use the application and site. Also you can see how many people are looking and message with potential buyers. Pick up was quick and easy. Really great status updates throughout the process. Got a reasonable price, sold in just over a week. Took away all the hassle of advertising your self

If i want sofa in a hurry go elsewhere , customer service is a waste of space, Delivery lads were spot on i did learn sofa had been brought up when collected and left in gateshead lock up until they had numerous deliveries for same area same day i was 17th so tells you a lot and waited nearly 2 weeks to get to me..ive had to pay to get sofa cleaned the smell is unreal , go local go check item first, as said delivery guys were fantastic

Updating review as issue has been resolved:
Initially we had some problems with a delivery mixup, but Sofalistic were in contact and put got the team to call us and arrange a new delivery. It was a few days late and they kindly refunded us our delivery fee which for the inconvenience which was very generous as the issue was not caused on their end. The delivery men themselves were very helpful with fitting the sofa up some awkward stairs and the sofa is just as described. We would buy through this company again, thank you for your help!

Selling a sofa, got told it was sold and they took £300 out my bank in two separate payments one payment went to a bitcoin company.

Brilliant experience from start to finish.
I was a bit sceptical to start with but everything was great. The sofa was in excellent condition, I was kept well informed throughout the process and the delivery was excellent. I can't express how efficient and friendly the delivery drivers were. Perfect!!
Such an amazing experience with this…
Such an amazing experience with this company and I was apprehensive after some reviews. Selected 2 sofas about 2 and a half weeks ago and they were delivered today by the nicest couple of men . Sofas were well wrapped and better than I’d hoped for. They were carried up a tricky flight of stairs and placed in situ for us. The only slightly frustrating part was the initial selection of a date when ordering as that’s when I presumed they would arrive but that date just allows for a window of around 11 days so it was a bit frustrating as I’m impatient.
Overall I highly recommend the company and especially the delivery men, who were very friendly and professional. Great experience and we’re very happy with our lovely sofas.

The concept of sofalistic is great but there are some issues with the process
Firstly it took 3 attempts to get a sofa confirmed. The first 2 I decided on, both were old listings that were no longer available. Both were cancelled with in the stated 48 hours period.
On the 3rd attempt I messaged the seller first before purchasing and this was a success. The process from there was straight forward. Collection was done on the 1st April. I was kept up to date even over the bank holiday that I would get a delivery date with in the 5 days. On the Tues I got a call to confirm a delivery date. I picked Sunday 12th. As stated the delivery company rang to confirm my delivery slot would be between 9-12 pm on the Sunday.
However I waited in all day for the delivery and it has not arrived.
I would definitely say be patient with this site as it does appear that although the buying and selling process is straight forward, the reliance on a 3rd party delivery company is letting them down on delivering on time with no communication to inform customer of the delay. I have no idea when the next delivery spot will be.
Misleading reviewes lead to fraud
As a seller my payment details as balance on my card was compromised when Isuspicions were raised and I decide to back out of the process to provid my date of birth, card number and then authorise a full balance payment which then ended up with unauthorised payments being taken from my account for various amounts leading to freezing online payments. So mislead by reviews.
Use Sofalistic to Sell Your Sofas
First time using Sofalistic and I can honestly say we had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Website is very user friendly and they guide you through each step. We were kept informed by email from listing our sofas to after sale and receiving our payment. It could not have gone better. Very professional from the point of pickup of our sofas to delivery to the recipient. Highly recommend and would definitely use again should the need arise.
Avoid…..!!…
After paying and listing a sofa I received a strange verification request involving providing all my debit card details and then asking for my bank balance. Alarm bells ring and I cancelled my card. This company either has unnerving and overbearing verification process or it has been hacked. I sent 2 emails to Sofalistic warning them about it and/or asking for clarification. A week later, I have had no response. This company is a mess when it comes to customer service/IT security. Avoid.
