Terrible. Placed order twice, both were cancelled... Called them, couldn't get through, left a voicemail, no one called me back.

With a new sofa imminent, needed to get rid of our old sofa. I wasn't aware of Sofalistic until I saw the add on FB. Rather than put the sofa on Marketplace (hate using it!), sofalistic was a much better option. Not expecting to get much money for the sofa but the fact that it was taken away and I got some money for it was a bonus! Communication was really clear and the whole experience was very positive!

WOW. What an amazing service. Eventually found the Sofology Emperor sofa i'd been searching for for over a year. Had been looking for ages on other platforms. Tried a google search and found a listing on Sofalistic. Never heard of them previously. Reviews were very positive. Price for this combination new was about 6K when it was available from Sofology. Used on this site was about 1.45K.
Made the purchase. Delivery was made with Sofalistic contacting the seller and me to arrange. No hassle, very easy process. Contacted by the fantastic delivery drivers on the day. This is where it gets even better. They knocked the door and asked where i wanted it. Unloaded it from the van. I was surprised to see it wrapped in clear plastic protective covers as though new. They carefully unpacked it and put it thoughtfuly in place. I have never been more delighted with a used purchase. I LOVE my new sofa and can't rate them highly enough. Very professional from start to finish. Sofa like new too... Thank you so much!

Picked up a sofa I’d been on the look out for, delivery service was also brilliant! They stayed to put if together for me, and I was first delivery so not waiting all day.
My purchase was an absolute bargain! I couldn’t have got this at the price I got anywhere else! I’ve already recommended to a few of my friends! 🙂

Easy to advertise your sofa and hassle free collection!

Everything was seeming less. The people that came to collect, were friendly and professional, tidy, no mess. Updates have been great too. Defiantly use Sofalistic again and will recommend to family and friends.

Easy to put sofas on website. For best results follow their instructions. Used boost a couple of times (£5.99) made a significant difference. Sold sofa for asking price and was kept informed by email throughout. No need to ring customer service. Would defintely highly recommend. Commission charged well worth not having time wasters come to yout home

One note of caution please follow their instructions not to reply to any message requesting you to reply via whatsapp they are scam people and do not release phone numbers or email. Their message service is totally adequate. You will almost certainly get a message as soon as you put your sofa on saying someone is definitely about to buy but needs more detail or a video and please reply by whatsapp. DONT !!!!

Zero stars. Delivery took a month. First delivery date passed with no update. Emailed customer support to complain and confirm second delivery date but no reply. Website says they’ll contact you the night before to confirm delivery time slot but they don’t. Good concept ruined by poor communications / management. Clearly only interested in their commission payment. Avoid.

Very happy with the sofa I purchased and seller was brilliant. Delivery time was around 3 weeks which was over my scheduled date, but the delivery guys was fabulous. However a power pack was lost in transit for one of the recliners and took me nearly another 3 weeks for replacement to be sent . But got there in the end . Would of given 5 stars if communication regarding power pack was quicker and resolved more efficiently. Would still recommend as the sofa is lovely and as described.

From the price range of the item, to the minute my new sofa arrived in my home, I could not fault service or experience. The website was easy to use, you could talk to sellers directly on site. Once purchased, I was contacted within 24 hours by customer services to arrange my delivery after collection was organised. Everyone was polite, lovely, and on time. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Absolutely incredible. Thank you

Beware , our sofa wouldn’t fit into the house , so the delivery man phoned their manager a chap called Ben, he phoned back and told them to just leave it outside ! Pouring with rain but not their problem.
Definitely not delivered safely and professionally into a room of my choice as Sofaholistic promised.
