A really easy way to buy a good quality sofa at the fraction of the price it would cost new. The sofa I bought looked almost new and was delivered without any fuss to my address and into the room it was to be in. Can't fault this service and it's great to know I am helping to reduce waste too.

I received a sofa with sun damage on it and this was not listed in the advert. Trying to get hold of someone is a nightmare. I have emailed several times and heard nothing. There is no telephone number for them at all. Stay away from this company.

Would recommend but just expect it to take a while longer than what's actually on the website, I would say use the company but have patience (which I don't have)... Sorry 😐

I have sold a sofa through sofalistic and it got picked up on 25th March. Since then I have no update on the sell if it is already delivered or delayed. I have called customer care which is useless as it asks to leave a voice message but you dont get any call back. I have sent couple of emails to customer care but no response from them as well. It is so frustrating and I will never use this site to sell or buy sofa in future.

I have a problem with my selling, sent a ticket on 30.03 and another one on 4.04 and had no reply and support at all! It's 8.04 today

I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering from Sofalistic.

I paid around £130 for delivery, which I expected would come with a reliable and professional service. Initially, I was given a delivery window between March 27 and April 6, but my order has now been pushed back to April 11 with no proper explanation.

What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I’ve tried calling multiple times, and no one answers or calls back. For a company charging this much for delivery, this is simply not acceptable.

At this point, I feel let down and would not recommend based on my experience so far. I hope they address this and improve their customer service.

Wow what can I say! My Daughter was thrilled with her leather sofa. It honestly looked new! Perfect description by Seller and it is beautiful! Very happy customer.

The communication from sofalistic was excellent, their timings were prompt and the staff who delivered the sofa were fantastic. The fact they offer delivery is amazing and makes the whole process so smooth.

I've just been robbed. This website withdrew £567.00 from my account that I was supposed to receive for selling my sofa. And they even tried to withdraw much more money, so I had to block my account and card. They ruined everything.

I ordered a sofa on 25 March and it was collected on 28 march I was told delivery would be arranged within 72 hours
No one contacted me at all I tried to contact via email many times no reply and there is no number to contact them
Finally got a reply on 1 April asking me to call a number to arrange delivery
When I called they have informed me they cannot deliver the sofa until 12 April delivers is extremely expensive and you have to wait so long
If I knew it would take 3 weeks to to be delivered I would never have ordered
I would never use this company again
There is 0 customer service and it is very expensive

Purchased a sofa on the 18/03 and when prompted to choose a delivery date we selected the 31/3. We received an email saying the sofa had been collected on the 27/03. The day before our selected delivery date I had still not heard anything about our delivery and emailed to chase this up. I then tried calling and left a voice mail and I have still yet to hear back. On our selected delivery date the delivery company called us and said that the soonest delivery date would be the 10/4. 10 days later than we expected. And yet I have still had no contact from sofalistic about this delay. We are without a sofa in our flat and would not have bought one it had we known it would take 3 weeks to arrive. You pay £125 for delivery and they don’t even deliver near your selected delivery date. I can even see on the website that if your selected delivery date doesn’t suit they will prompt you to select another date. This did not happen. the sofa was collected on time so there is no reason it couldn’t have been delivered other than bad organisation. I have emailed again and still no communication. Would not recommend this company.

Has been a very easy experience from initially advertising to various messages from potential buyers. My sofa was sold for a decent price but the main attraction from this site is that you don't have to deal with people visiting your house. Collection was very organised with dates and times and I received my money on the exact date I was told. Well done Sofalistic.

From start to finish every step was very well managed by the team . Platform is secure , no hassle , frequent timely communication to update me at every step . I am very pleased that I found them and managed to sell my beautiful Roche Boboi sofa to another person to enjoy it .

Absolutely scammers. Was trying to sell a sofa, someone messaged me interested. Then Sofalistic asked me to Approve a payment to them for £290:00 to verify my account details as a seller. NOT A CHANCE. DO NOT TRUST.!!!!
