Terrible service
Terrible service! I've ordered kit for a present 2 weeks ago, after I've questioned delivery I've received response 8 days ago:
Your order is in dispatch for you now apologies for the delay you will receive tracking information via email.
6 days ago I've asked that no tracking number and when can I expect delivery, no response.
Still no tracking number and on their website processing.
I've just asked for a refund, let's see

Great value kits for kids
Great value kits for kids. Quality was good. Delivery was slow but it was over Christmas so that didn’t help - would leave plenty of time when ordering for delivery just in case. Will definitely buy from them again

Superb Company Superb Service
Superb service had the shirt within a week even though it was from Portugal. I had a few questions to ask about my order and they answered within 15 minutes excellent after service. All the people on here moaning about their orders are wrong or have no patience. Great site Great shirts. Thank You.

BAD EXPERIENCE
Really BAD experience. Lies after lies about the product being dispatched. No transparency. Didn't want to refund the money even if the product wasn't delivered. Don't recommend!

I ordered a football strip more than 2 weeks ago. I read the many reviews about the length of time orders take. I appreciate why they take so long but what I do not appreciate is the lack of response to my email requesting an update!!!

A very happy customer
Firstly You have to realise this is not an Amazon or E Bay delivery service. As with previous reviews the product can take time to arrive. My order took over two and a half weeks. However the customer service I was given was quite frankly excellent!! My e mails were responded to straight away, and they put my mind at ease with a full explanation of the process. The shirt I received was of good quality and I am very pleased with it. My only advice is if you are ordering for birthdays or presents. Order early and give yourself breathing space for it to arrive in time. I Would buy again due to the customer service and quality of product.

Placed an order on 6th November 2024
Placed an order on 6th November 2024. Did not receive any communication but payment taken out of bank.
Chased on 18th November and was told it had just left the warehouse and picture of item and tracking label attached to email. Since then the Royal mail tracking states awaiting item.
Chased again on 27th November to be told it is just busy due to Christmas but item should be scanned and with us that week. 8 days later still nothing and still says awaiting item on tracking app.
Will definitely avoid in the future. Buyers beware
