Delay in receiving kit
I ordered a football strip for my grandson‘s birthday on the 11th of June. His birthday was the 6th of July. Initially no tracking number was sent and I was advised by Julie on the 27th of June that the item was with the courier and would be received by the 6th of July. Despite many emails most of which were unanswered, I received yet another email indicating a tracking number for an item despatched on the 3rd of July.Notwithstanding that a tracking number was provided as of today, 8th of July Royal Mail still not have received the item. However, things may be looking up as I have just received an email from Simon who has assured me that the item is at the Royal mail hub awaiting scan and it will be with me in a few days. Hopefully this was a one off issue. I have ordered kits from this company before and they have been excellent.

I ordered a strip for my Grandson on 30th June 2025. I received confirmation of the order but as of today 6th July 2025 no further update on when the strip will arrive or at what stage they are at with the order.

Don't risk it
Order was still showing processing after a week so I emailed. They replied saying the system hadn't updated but my order was on the way & I'd get a tracking number. Two weeks later still no order or tracking number so I emailed again, but no response. Guess it is a dodgy site after all.
Got a response following posting on here. They confirmed I hadn't received my order then offered me a refund. I asked for the tracking number which they said they couldn't provide due to a system update, but would provide later (but never have). It appears they never sent the order in the first place which is why they don't have a tracking number!

It took a while but eventually they sent me the COMPLETE WRONG ITEM. nothing like the shirt I ordered. Emailed them straight away, no response. Basically a scam.
UPDATE: They responded to my email and gave me a refund. Pretty quickly once the conversation had begun tbf

Unfortunately, after updating my previous review in good faith, I still haven’t received the full refund. The company kept £20 and I never received the Sunderland t-shirt I ordered.
My original order was placed on May 28th to be delivered to Brazil, but there was no tracking number provided, and my friend never received the package.
I adjusted my review hoping the company would refund the total amount, but that didn’t happen. I’ve sent emails asking for clarification and resolution, but now I’m not getting any replies.
Sadly, this was my first and last order with them.
Unfortunately, the package got lost in transit and my friend didn’t receive it.
However, the company acted in good faith and promptly resolved the issue by issuing a refund. I appreciate their professional attitude and customer service.
I did an order on 28th of may to be send to Brazil. Until now he didn’t received Sunderland t-shirt and no even track number for the order.
First and last order and I hope isn’t scam.

Product quality great delivery very slow
The quality of this product was excellent. My only issue was how long it took to deliver. I was waiting almost 4 weeks for delivery but that may have been due to it being christmas. I had ordered an item christmas 2023 and it didnt take long at all

I ordered 2 retro football tops from this site on the 10th of May. Got an email saying they're processing the order pretty much straight away. After that nothing at all and I've emailed them twice. No response and it's been nearly a month. Starting to think their never going to turn up
