The product received is good quality…
The product received is good quality for a reasonable price. Only downside is the wait for delivery which I had to chase as there was little communication. Once I made contact I got an explanation and response quickly though.

I'm an XL but their XXL is a UK XL !!!
I checked this before I bought it.
The shirt is good quality and delivery was also good.

Great service
I asked for an address change after submitting my order and it was processed correctly within minutes. Later I had another query about delivery that was answered within seconds. Soccalord was not at fault here, it was just a query, but their responsiveness in both cases was very impressive. I have no reservation in recommending this company.

Terrible Experience
My dad purchased the England womens 2023 away top on the 8th June for a birthday present and we heard nothing from the company for 2 weeks. My dad chased the order only to be told that the top he had orginally purchased was out of stock and they were having trouble re-stocking. In return, the company offered the 2024 home top at no extra charge. Great!!! This communication took place on Monday 24th June and we received a tracking number from Royal Mail 48 on Friday 28th June (4 days to dispatch "in stock" items) it is now the 6th of July and still no top. I tracked the order on the Royal Mail site this morning to see that Royal Mail had still not received the item from the company.
Terrible communication and service. Will not be orderering from this company again.

Hello amber , this is on route it’s been dispatched from our Portugal warehouse just takes a couple of days to reach Royal Mail , just keep an eye on the tracking it will track in a day or two
Awful experiance
I purchased a child's kit for as a birthday present on 3rd June and now 21st June still not received. They said that they had been caught out by how busy they were, with new kits coming out. This must happen every year.
I asked for a refund, but instead they sent email stating my order was now complete, giving me a tracking number on 13th June. When I look at the tracking details Royal Mail have still not received the item.
