For the amount you are charging for the duck/ feather pillows they are of I inferior quality. I would have bought 2 more but the down spreads out too thinly and there is no head support

The product met our expectations and was delivered on time. We have used the company's pillows before and so this was a repeat purchase. The pillows meet our needs, neither being too hard nor too hard.

Purchased the Duck Feather & Down Pillows and it stinks! I purchased it because we stayed at a b&b and the pillows were incredibly comfortable, however, I was shocked by how smelly they were when delivered. We tried airing them out for a few days, washed them and aired them out some more and they still smell our new place out. Tried reaching out to Snuggledown and haven’t received any response. Really disappointed as we will likely have to bin them and have just ordered two pillows from a different brand at our expense.

I needed a replacement pillow in a pinch. A Snuggledown pillow, a brand I had never heard of, was on the store shelf at a fair price. Some months later, another pillow was needed and I hunted until I found the near-same by them. They have a very nice outer casing, “fluff” extremely well, and keep very good shape. Shipping was as described (received within days). Thank you!
