I received efficient friendly service upon collecting my rental at Auckland airport. Easy booking and competent staff. They were very busy when I arrived, with cars returning and going out for hire after cleaning.
I would be happy to use them again.

All the work was done for me. The pickup and drop off was great, the sign-up seamless and the service exceptional. The car was great too.

Right from the start, I was picked up quite quickly by the very friendly driver. My time in the office was quick and the staff are very friendly and efficient. Great value too.

The staff seemed genuinely interested in making the pick up a rapid and positive experience. They were a young and happy group. They knew what they were talking about. The person thst appeared to be the front of house manager definately knows her stuff. The car was clean and tidy. One thing we didn't do was inspect the vehicle for dents r5c before driving away. Its new so I guess no problem?

I booked a Toyota Carolla or similar the image showed a full size sedan,(No where in the booking description did it say medium or hatch), there was also other bookings available where the image showed a Toyota Carolla Hatch for half the price.

When i arrived to pick up the vehicle they gave me a hatch i advised i booked a Sedan, they said no you booked a Medium sized car. No where on my booking did it say this. They were not interested at the time and said pretty much too bad take it or leave it.

I sent an email and was advised that because it was booked through booking.com it is not their problem and they can not control how Booking.com advertise their vehicles.

The vehicle they gave me was certainly not up to rental standards especially considering what i paid, the car had paint chips missing all over it, the steering wheel looked 15 years old and was damaged.

If this vehicle was substantially cheaper than the other rental companies i would not have an issue with the quality and state of the vehicle but it was similar price to all other rental companies and your getting a back yard service with a really crappy vehicle.

The car was actually embarrassing to drive it had that much paint damage.

When i added this to my review the response received was the car is up to safety standards.

Would not recommend at all, the whole experience with this company has not been pleasant.

From booking to returning the car, everything was easy, efficient and great value for money. Fantastic little brand new Kia, Stonic with only 25kms on the clock when we picked it up. I thoroughly recommend Snap and will use them again.

people were friendly. the car was much more beat up and not the version of the corolla i was expecting but it went well. it was a bit of a wait with only one person working the desk at either end but they were friendly and helpful

This rental car company seems to have a policy of making dealings with them stress free and even enjoyable.
I travel large parts of the Western world and can say they're alone in that achievement.. I now sing their praises far and wide. Congratulations , you're unique in what you do! A*****

this is for the pick up and initial thoughts on the car. Pick up excellent, driver waited for us as we were a little delayed getting to the pick up point. Car was ready when we got to the main area, two helpful and pleasant staff members helped us through the process. Car to date has driven well, was clean and full of fuel. Generally all good.

I booked a car for a quick and easy one day rental online. They had the ability to do all the paperwork side of things online beforehand, which was great as i was going to be a bit pushed for time for my first meeting. I waited at the pick up point and the van arrived a couple of minutes later. I handed over my drivers license signed on the screen. They quickly pointed out the do's and donts for the return ans i was out of there! From pick up to hitting the track i wouls say no more than 10 minutes. Awesome service.

Picked up by Sam who was friendly and engaging.
Car was good to drive and clean inside but outside including door trims needed a good wash.

Quick dealings, and as soon as we made the booking, they let us get on the transfer shuttle which was luckily right in front of us! Great people behind the counter, and quick service!

Snap was excellent! The prices were exceptionally good, and they were flexible when I needed to change my return date twice over a longer-term rental.

The pickup process was smooth and easy and car was presented as expected (clean, full fuel, etc), was ready on time. The ONLY negative was that the address to which to return the car wasn't adequately signposted so was difficult to find.

Staff were helpful and responsive to enquiries/requests. They were efficient in making collection and returning of the rental car procedures be completed within the earliest possible time. Professionalism was obviously displayed. I will definitely use SNAP Rentals again in future.
