I’m sorry to be writing this very very poor review so I book my car park booking with this company to use in November this year but I have changed my car I’ve rang the office started going through my details I was asked twice to confirm for my registration number then I was disconnected I’ve tried calling back many times there when they do answer they put the phone down on me I’ve left a voicemail and sent a email to complain but have had no reply (please be very careful when using this company not good customer service

Our First day of holidays i.e. Dec 1st 2022 was extremely amazing. This was our first time to Oman Musandam and we loved every moment & cannot wait to go back again. Booking with Smart Travel was extremely professional, easy & went without a hitch. Staring from the booking process, the coordination, the bus arrangement, the timings, our marvelous travel via bus with very comfortable seating, Cruise travel from Oman border, the swimming arrangements, eye catching view, the stunning banana boat ride etc etc etc and what not.. The allocated team from Musandam group took care of each and every nece
ssity and made each one of us feel not to return back home ever and keep enjoying the tour over and over again.Thank you to the core Smart Travels and we would look forward to have bookings with u again.

Used this Company to fly from Gatwick on the Way to the Airport i called the number given only to be told that the company had gone into liquidation 2 MONTHS PREVIOUS.

I had cancellation insurance on the Booking but still waiting for refund and being given the Roundaround have been told it's been paid back but unable to provide proof

We returned today from holiday to wait an hour, in the cold, for our car, after being told, 5 minutes. When eventually arrived, the driver was rude and almost ran from the car? We felt that this was really strange… we looked around the car, no obvious damage so got in. The first strange thing we noticed was the strong smell of Body Odour, then that the passenger was fully reclined as if in a sleeping position. Finally and the worse thing was that the bags we had left in the car for the second leg of our journey had been riffled through, clothes pulled out, turned inside out, pockets pulled out and even sleeves, as if the clothes they had been worn!? Called and called the line, no answer no accountability. I am absolutely horrified and disgusted.

On top of all this, this company claims this is not the correct page for EZYBOOKING however interestingly, this is the company that pays for the Goggle adword campaign? Please, stay away from this utter scam.

Very bad experience, I'll never ever use them again. I don't know how they are operating. I always travel and book meet and greet service but with this company I waited 2 hours 45 minutes to collect my car after 7 hours flight please avoid don't waste your time and money.

(Updated Rating to 1 star due to Lies told see my other recent reviews) I feel I have to write another new review for this company.
Most of us do not appreciate how busy these companies are with the airlines not only canceling bookings due to Covid changes but also canceling flights because they are not full.
Smart Travel Deals have been there for me each time, My most recent experience was after i was unable to get a reply to one of my messages (only because they were snowed under with recent airline cancellations) I resent my message and sure enough it got picked up.
Not only did they come back to me via phone via my contact details within an hour of me re sending my message but assisted me so quickly and easily it was yet again a pleasure to deal with them.
I have further bookings with them for 2021, and they may need to be changed now, so i am confident they will deal with this as well as all others i have had to rearrange. So all I can say is Thank you Smart Travel Deals Keep up the great work you are doing and I wish you and all at your company every success.

Having travelled from Heathrow during lockdown for business reasons, it was great to see a friendly face at the airport meet and greet floor at the carpark. It was an exceptional experience to be greeted as a valued customer from the day before departure to the day after arrival (both leaving Britain and returning.)My car was returned on time and the tyres pumped up. The price was reasonable and I will use the company again .

Within minutes of leaving the car we were in the airport. When we got back we were back at the car within 15 mins. Really easy process to book and very flexible when covid hit fo change things. Personally I have generally had a good experience parking with these people.

I really recommend everyone for excellent service and prices.

Booked parking with them for a holiday and paid extra in order to be able to cancel and receive a refund if needed. Cancelled back in September and requested the refund. By January still no refund. Emailed to ask when I would receive this and was told refunds would be received in 3-4 weeks. Still no refund so contacted again to say it has been 4 weeks since last correspondence and 5 MONTHS since cancellation. My emails are now being ignored. DO NOT use the company, even if you pay the extra in order to be able to receive refunds if you cancel you still don’t get your money back.

Avoid ally all cost. My flight was cancelled due to lockdown restriction. They refused to give my refund and charged me £15 when by law they are not allowed to charge this fee as the lockdown was not our fault. They refused to read the link to the law I sent and emailed me back asking me to accept a voucher or be charged £15 to cancel.

I also have one email saying that due to the pandemic and overwhelming cancellations, their refund system had broke. Down and they would not refund until the pandemic ended!!!!

I have proof of all emails. I will now be chasing my refund via credit card dispute.

Avoid these crooks at all cost!!!

They replied saying to contact them, is it a joke ??? I can't remember how many times I did.

Very good service, this is the 3rd time we use this company. The staff are friendly, we got to the airport on time and on the way back we wait just 5 mins for the pick. Very happy with them. They even called us to confirm if our flight was cancelled (when it was). Very good service, we will book again.

Avoid this company, Absolutely rubbish and fraud, My flight was cancelled due to new strain of COVID 19 and suddenly flights cancelled so I contact with them to cancel my parking booking but they refused to issue the refund without any reason.

We found this car parking service very competitively priced, easy to book and easy to use. Staff were polite and efficient on outbound collection and return delivery although we did have to change the collection point and wait 10 minutes but that was because we turned up at the airport 20 minutes early (should have realized the M4 would be so much quieter so early in the morning).

I have booked carpark via this website several times and I highly recommend it to everyone. Definitely the cheapest prices for airport parking, super close(2-4 min by shuttle bus/minivan) and friendly personnel.

The service was prompt and without delays. It wasn't a problem to change the details due to a flight cancellation. Very good!
