Super quick delivery
Bought my new Roberts radio for a good price. It arrived super quickly, especially as I didn't even pay for quick delivery, and it came very well packaged. I'd definitely recommend shopping here

The price for the earbuds were the lowest that I found at the time, although matched by other retailers. But the £10 discount for your first order and free next day delivery could not be matched.
I was kept updated throughout and can not fault the delivery.

Best Price Plus the 10% Discount
Everything with Smarthomesounds went as smoothly as it could.
First their price was as good as anyone else's - in fact they were £100 less expensive than Amazon.uk. On top of that they honoured their offer of a 10% deduction for my first order, making them the best price available.
Delivery was prompt and in good order.
I had thoroughly researched this TV set and other options, so I didn't need to ask for any advice.
So far I am very happy with the LG C5 48" TV set.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing
Bought an expensive Sonos speaker and a TV mount On arrival TV mount found to be not suitable for the media wall and had to return . followed return advice to the letter ,taking photos and dropping off at local dpd pickup point .Snart home sounds now stating that the parcel was delivered damaged with missing pieces and refusing to refund.
Will not be using this company again and do not recommend .After sales service terrible

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the outcome of your return.
When the wall mount was received back to us, it was received with debris, physical damage, missing screws and missing internal packaging.
This meant the item was no longer complete or in a resellable condition, which is required under our returns policy for a refund to be issued.
We appreciate your frustration. However, as there was no evidence of damage to the outer packaging when the item arrived back with us, there was no evidence to suggest that the damage was caused in transit and we were unable to pursue a claim with the courier.
We have continued to offer to return the mount to you so that you are not left without the item you purchased - Amelia
