Excellent advice before purchasing via online chat. Already own Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra and wanted to know if the talk around the Sennheiser ADB 630 was justified to be that much better. I was told that I would definitely notice the difference, so went for it and bought them. I was seriously impressed with how natural sounding they are with strong bass, clear treble and a midrange that I had been missing previously.
Delivery was excellent with a 1hour window and a simple 4 digit code to give to driver for security. No dramas and a thoroughly simple experience from start to finish. Thanks 🙏 Jamie and guys at SHS👍

I recently purchased a Wiim Ultra Amplifier - I could have purchased it from Amazon or many other retailers, but the in person customer service is something I value and they are brilliant..... I was going to change my mind for a different product and they were able to impartially advise me what product is best suited anyway I look forward to when they run their sale again as prices have now gone back up !!!!..... Oh and delivery was brilliant, I got updates of when I could expect the item to be delivered.

The delivery service was great and the communication with their clients. Sometimes they have discount and that benefit us all. I will definitely recommend them. Used Smart Home Sounds for a number of purchases and have always appreciated their prices, great customer service and next day DPD delivery.

Mistakenly put the same order in twice and the support team was quick and lovely sorting out the problem. Delivery was the next day and the items are at competitive prices, can't really ask for anything more.

Emailed the company when I wasn't sure about buying from them or Amazon. I was a bit unsure about buying online from a relatively small company. They were professional and helpful so I decided to go with them and do not regret it. The Sonos speakers are so much better than the Amazon Echo Studio I was using before. I don't want to stop listening to them. They were also cheaper than elsewhere and included a 6 year guarantee.

I got good advice from the on line questions and finally decided on the Marshall Kilburn 111 Bluetooth portable speaker.
It is a quality piece of kit , great sound, ,I like thw traditional volume, treble and bass controls , very pleased with it.
