It’s second time I send cash pick up to…
It’s second time I send cash pick up to Pakistan. The payment is clear from here but Pakistani banks refuse to payout to the recipient. I have tried allied bank and UBL.
First time took 2 weeks then had to cancel.
Second time 2 weeks but transaction is still not cancelled. I have used them for years never an issue but I think the bank in Pakistan does not want to work with small world as the recipient was suggested by allied bank to cancel the transaction. It’s a joke. If you can’t provide a service why waste people time.

SW is the most terrible money transfer…
SW is the most terrible money transfer i ever had.
I am send more than 17 years money to the philppines no problem. I was try now SW but this real disaponted.
After i send the money the ask manny documents i fuly understand that but in the site stay in few minutes there. Ok day 1.send money and documents day 2 the can check the documents day.3 the can send my money to the philppines but in day 4.5 always stay under review and not send money when you want to do this you need a warning in the site we need atleast 5 days to check the papers. Now when you see the first papers you see or its a normaly person or a money laundry.
The law say that you can send 1-3 times in that time need the documents ok.
But the wants to send money everyday is a lot of intrest the have.
The site need to give real and honest info
In 17 years is this the most worden money transfer i ever had i has send many mails to Customer service and ask my money back after 7 days was the refund money on my bank lost 7 days intrest and more important i am now self in the philppines and must leave my condo i cant pay my rent. When People send money is not for saving but to urgenty than is not posseble to wait atleast 5 days but in minutes maybe its for a hospital or rent as by me. But SW dont care about that so sad. Their are many better choice than send money with SW ( slow world)

I am absolutely disappointed with Small…
I am absolutely disappointed with Small World transaction and its rates. Small World currency rate is poor, services are not good as I've sent a money on 17/04/24 but not yet deposited into Beneficiary's Bank account but system showing money paid out into Beneficiary's Bank. So, it's not true. When I have sent a money by Small World its rate Bangladesh Tk. 142.71=£1 but same time or same day's MoneyGram rate was more than Taka 143 +, Ria Financial services Rates also higher. So, Small World transaction not good.

Areas for improvement: Creating the “quick log in” has never worked for me.
Also, it would be great if you can find a way to release funds as quickly as possible to recipients

This company is a letdown
This company is a letdown. I transferred 740 euros to my Nigeria account yesterday, but my account hasn't been credited yet. I reached out to customer service, and they informed me that the payer in Nigeria still hasn't processed my transfer after 48 hours. I've asked for a cancellation because I need the funds. This company is unreliable and a complete joke.

Big communication gap between customers care and compliance terms.
I have made transactions on 31st march 2024 and complete transaction on 8th April 2024 although I have provided all documents on 1st April 2024.
