Comfortable and cozy

Comfortable and cozy
I have bought 2 single silentnight hotel collection duvet for my kids. They like the duvet and feel that very conformable. Both of them have very good sleeps and feel warm in winter.

They arranged for Hermes to pickup…did not repay

They arranged for Hermes to pickup their faulty blanket papal had to get involved as they did not repay me
Asked me to supply a proof of delivery return
Considering Hermes were paid and instructed by sleepy people and not me
Trading standards next for this lot

Do not buy from Sleepy People!

I could have given 0 rating if there was a choice. When the heated throw i bought from them was not working as it should be and not to my satisfaction, they refused to accept a free return and refund. I would never buy again from Sleepy People.

Disgusting customer service

I ordered a fleece throw but they sent me an oversized fleece hoody instead. The company won’t send the blanket I ordered and paid for until I’ve returned the incorrect item they sent me in error. I have no access to a printer for the returns label and, due to my disability, am unable to get out at the moment. I have to say that in all the many years I have ordered goods online I have never been presented with such disregard and incompetence. They sent me the wrong item and have since refused to send me the item I ordered and paid for. Their customer service is disgusting and quite frankly I'm amazed by the lack of basic skills in communicating. DO NOT shop here!

Sent the wrong item…

I ordered a mattress topper as I have guests next week. They sent me a wearable blanket instead by mistake! Customer services won’t release my mattress topper for delivery until I’ve sent the blanket back which I’m unable to do for a few days as I’m away so I’m not going to get my mattress topper when needed. This is their mistake but I’m the one paying for it with inconvenience and no order in time. Please just send the order I’ve paid for and I’ll return the blanket which I didn’t ask for and don’t want!

RECEIVED DAMGED GOODS AND THEY REFUSE…

RECEIVED DAMGED GOODS AND THEY REFUSE TO PAY RETURN POSTAGE FOR RETURN. THEY HAVE NOT HEARD THE END OF THIS SO IF YOUR THINKING OF BUYING HERE THEN DO NOT!

I have reviewed your images and emails, and I can see the issue is that the box is dented from delivery. Unfortunately, during delivery boxes can get dented as they are provided to protect the product. The product itself is not damaged or broken. We have offered you a return, however, it would be classed as unwanted and not damaged, as it is only the outside box not the product.

Comfort and great service

Great offer price for the dog bed and pillows I bought.
We are comfy with the supportive pillows and the dog is in a state of bliss since he got his new bed!
All was well packaged and arrived in good time.
