Like others, appalling service, item developed a fault within 6 weeks of receipt, they tried to fob me off to the maufacturer even though they are responsible as the retailer. Finally arranged a return then they claimed they hadn’t had it, provided proof of return, they refused to replace until either evri confirmed it was lost or they received it, after many complaints they said they would replace it, they now claim the replacement’s been sent, yet evri tracking shows it has not, they've not handed it to evri 5 days after saying they had. Don’t buy from them they are dishonest and awkward. Biggest mistake ever buying from them. Paypal claim and trading standards for me too next…

The reply Sleepy People have given is untrue. They have had both of the pillows that I purchased from them. Perhaps they should be looking internally at their staff that accepted my return in the first place.

I bought a quilt & 2 pillows. Delivery was fine. Wanted to return the pillows as they weren't suitable. Contacted Sleepy People and returned using their courier. They Contacted me and told me that I'd sent the wrong Pillow back. They returned 1 Pillow and it wasn't the wrong Pillow as they had informed me. I pointed this out to them and also informed them that they had only returned 1 Pillow to me. They denied this and I returned the pillow for a second time. Now they will not refund me and have said the pillow hasn't been returned. I have contacted the delivery company and they have confirmed the pillow was returned. No answer to my emails now.

Absolutely horrendous customer service - I purposely try to support businesses other than Amazon where possible but in this case I really wish I hadn't bothered. I ordered a king size mattress topper and when it arrived, realised they'd send a double. I got in touch expressing my disappointment and asked how to arrange for the return of the item and correct item to be sent to me. I was unhappy to hear they would not send the correct item until the return had proof of collection from the courier as most companies would have immediately sent the right item while arranging the return of the incorrect item as a separate issue. Due to the size, I was unable to drop it off and had to schedule the collection for the weekend so someone could be there when the courier arrived. Literally seconds after the courier collected, I sent an email with a photo of the proof of collection and awaited further updates. After 4 days I sent a chaser email and finally heard back the following day where they had the audacity to tell me the return was still in transit to them. At this point I've been waiting for my correct order for 8 days and given that my quality of sleep is being impacted,
I've had enough. I have purchased the correct item elsewhere and raised a dispute with Klarna to stop the payment plan. I'm very glad I did not pay these crooks up front! As someone who has worked in Customer Service for 17+ years, I was shocked at the distinct lack of empathy and professionalism and will encourage everyone to avoid this brand at all costs.
UPDATE 19/01/2024 - After previously taking 5 days to respond to me following the collection of the returned item, I've now magically had a response within a matter of hours after posting this review where a team leader has stepped in and arranged for my payment to be stopped and the correct item shipped out which has arrived today. I will absolutely give credit where it is due to that team leader for taking the steps to make things right, but it does not change my perception of the company as things shouldn't have ever gotten to this point.

Using their pillows and duvet for four months after arriving to the UK. The products are fantastic, also the delivery was quick.
The children’s hoodies were good also the adult one but the “free” grey hoodie was not worth having really, bits falling off it all over the place.
Always received products on time and was good quality.. the customer service was great. One time my order got lost in the post or something. I mentioned it and the guy I was talking to sent me my order again on special delivery so I got it straight away.
Got a snuggie sleeved blanket, very cosy does very well in the wash still came out nice and soft and fluffy. Very pleased and makes a nice cushion when not in use.
