Getting emails asking me to review the product. Would be great if I actually had the product to review. Still hasn’t arrived. Only order off Sklum if you like waiting for weeks and weeks for your order to arrive

Site was perfect but the payment…

Site was perfect but the payment service via Klarna is woeful, very confusing, you nearly lost me at times as it was so unclear as to why I needed to keep logging into my bank. Other sites have much friendlier payment experiences

Update: From 1 Star to 5 Stars – Stunning Table and Swift Resolution!

This is a follow-up to my previous 1-star review. I am mentioning my initial rating purely for historical context, as my experience has completely turned around.

Shortly after I posted my complaint, SKLUM reached out to me directly. Within days, they shipped the coffee table, and it actually arrived much quicker than expected. The packaging was incredibly robust and kept everything perfectly safe in transit.

As for the table itself, it is absolutely stunning. The build quality is exceptional, and it looks just amazing in person. I am now giving them a 5-star rating specifically for the rapid customer service response to my review and the phenomenal quality of the furniture.

Sleek well constructed design which was easy to assemble. Delivery took two weeks but for comparable products in the UK this item is a more refined design and half the price

Over 21days instead of 5-7.

Even though estimated time on website says 5-7days the chairs were delivered after over 21days. I was unable to contact anybody from Sklum or the delivery company to coordinate delivery. Most probably it was my last time ordering at sklum.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Delivery is a disaster. Endless delays for weeks and weeks and then the wrong product arrived. The delivery company mixed up orders. Sklum were unfriendly and unhelpful. I ordered April 9th, and today is May 22nd and I still have not had my order! This is the second time I have had an order delayed, but this time it’s a total joke. I WILL NEVER buy from Sklum again!!!

Still waiting - fake delivery dates

Well like everyone else on here and the FACEBOOK COMPLAINTS PAGE this company is terrible.

Months of waiting and then confirmation of delivery - delivery cancelled the morning of 'because the truck is too full'.

£599 wasted and no product - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Terrible experience with Sklum

Terrible experience with Sklum, especially their customer service.

I paid for premium delivery, my order was supposed to be shipped already, and I still have absolutely no clear information about the status. I tried contacting customer service multiple times via phone and WhatsApp. Calls get disconnected, and on WhatsApp nobody answers.

At this point I feel completely stuck: the order is delayed, there is no communication, and no proper support despite paying extra for premium service.

This is honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with an online retailer.

I hope someone from Sklum finally contacts me and provides a real update.

Slightly chaotic delivery tracking with Sklum but great customer service

The delivery tracking with Sklum orders is a little chaotic as they rely on transporters whose communications are not clear. However, the customer support on Whatsapp online was amazing - very responsive, switched to English as I needed it, and updated the delivery info and kept me informed of next steps. Thank you Laia! Now I hope my delivery arrives ok.

I was quite hesitant to buy anything…

I was quite hesitant to buy anything from this store, given very mixed reviews... However, my shopping purchase has been pretty much perfect - I ordered garden furniture, which came within 4 business days - complete, in good condition and precisely as shown in online pictures.
