The purchase was very quick and easy. The photos from the website match the product when seen live. Actually, I think they were even better.
The chairs are comfortable. They arrived already assembled and properly packaged to avoid any damage. There was a slight scratch but it’s on the foot of the chair so we can’t notice it. I love them!

Extreme delay in delivery. No communication.
No one can tell me when I will be receiving my order - VRTBHSLPL. I have been calling, whatsApping non-stop. When I placed the order, it said delivery time 10-14 May. It is now 26 May. No communication from your team. When I do get through to an agent, they can't tell me where my order is. This really is basic customer service. Absolutely shocking. Like am I ever going to get my items? Already paid for it, this is honestly the worst worst worst experience that I have ever gone through.

The products are great
The products are great. But customer service is terrible. A phone number but no one picks up - terrible service. Also cancellation or returns are terrible. So as long as you buy without questions or issues it is great. But if anything comes up- no one is home and you can just figure it out yourself.. No budget for customer service apparently- which makes it a poor shopping experience..

I ordered 3 chairs every single item is with scratches, chips and damaged. I reported issue straight away on the 12th of may, one of my incidents was cancelled and another one says awaiting customer response but i do not see what I should respond about and what! Delivery gotdelayed by 3 weeks, then they said they were coming on a certain date, I got paid off vacation to get the stuff and mount it, they never arrived so I wasted money and time. I contacted them (uncreachable), I wrote to them (still waiting for an answer after 4 days). it seems to have good products, but the delivery is embarassing
