Never order on this website, I wanted to return a ski jacket they have received it but since a month i am trying to get refund from the 380€ i spent, 3 emails sent and no answers and no one ever pick up the phone, worst customer service ever

Please only use this company if you know you won't be returning the goods. The gloves I received were great but unfortunately they didn't fit so I returned them. I was aware that there would be a charge but £15 seems quite excessive when delivery was only £9. Furthermore it took 14 days after UPS said the gloves had been returned for the refund to be in my account. I have used other companies based in Europe but have never had these issues. I have spent £26.58 and got nothing! I won't be using them again.

Nothing to say about products and prices.
There's a lack of communication that imho needs improvement. No response to support requests, mails an phone calls, even via Paypal.
In the end jacket and pants arrived, late but they arrived.

I received my order on time, but unfortunately two pairs that I order too small for me , I have to return and do not understand how to do that, there was no any paper inside the package. Please advice. Thank you.

Good equipment, good prices and fast delivery - everything was OK with my order. For some products I would prefer to have a mode detailed description of the products - especially for HH jackets and pants.

The order was supposed to arrive on January 15th, but I haven't received it yet. The package is still in the custody of the courier.

I ordered stuff and it said 3-5 business days delivery.
It has been 12 days and I have not received my order but it says order complete on their website. I contacted customer support but have gotten no response. I now fear this is a scam website

Bought a Ski jacket, SkiWebShop sent the wrong size, sent them a mail asking them to verify sizes and asking for help, no answer just ignore me as a customer. Returned the item at my expense. Every step of the process is in Dutch language... not helpful at whole... Shame on them.

I made a purchase at a very good price during a sale. I ordered the product to a country within the EU and it arrived within one week. I especially appreciate the very detailed information about the order status and the detailed parcel tracking system.

I bought a Spyder ski jacket in October as a Christmas present. Was only opened on Christmas day and it was too big. I asked to exchange for a smaller size but was told no as it was outside their 14 day return policy. I accept that this is their policy but I hoped there could be some accommodation made as it wasnt possible to try it on sooner without ruining the surprise. It is still complete with tags with original packaging. I didn't even want a refund just a smaller size. Customer service was very abrupt and not interested. Very disappointed considering they are expensive jackets. For this reason, I would not recommend this company
