Charged for equipment they didn’t had
They charged me for a stair runner hand truck, at the time of pick up they didn’t had the equipment and did not remove the price from the bill.
I got a truck with back lift but the hand controller wasn’t working, we had to go out of the platform to operate it.
Way more expensive than other companies, but the were the only one with availability of the truck I needed… I guess now I know why 🥲

All was good but can improve
All was good! service was good.
one thing though - we needed 3m3 van which was not available so we were forced to rent 6m3 van. a good customer oriented company would have given us the 6m3 van for the price of 3m3. price is not that different but gives customer the feeling they are heard and special

Horrible customer service
Zero communication and horrible customer service. I've tried to communicate with this company multiple times now about my deposit and the incorrect parking ticket that I paid for, But nobody will respond to my emails. Be warned this place is a scam.
