everything is ok from skatepro, i was not at home when the order arrived the box had a small hole and a small piece was missing from the sunday handle. just one missing I will order in color in the next weeks. tank's
I purchased a pair of inline skates from skate pro. I was relectant to buy it online as this is tricky to purchase online as you can't test the comfort of the boots until you receive them. They had a 365 days return policy, all I had to pay was $19 return if I did not like them, so I went ahead.. upon receiving the skates,I tried them in my appartement and roll back & forth just a bit to get a feel of them. I did not enjoy the comfort, so I decided to return them. I got an email confirming that they had received the inline skates but that they will be deducting $20 because they were used and they could no longer b selles as new. Im sorry , but I did not used them. I only tried them in my appartement. The issue is that the wheels are white and there was dust on the hardfloors of my appartement so the wheels got a bit of grey dust. A damp cloth and the dust marlk would be gone. Also they attached a picture of one of my hair caugt in the wheel. The hair can simply be removed, it does in no ay mean that it was used. Whoever lives with a somebody that has long hair knows thai hair sheds a lot and in this case a hait got stuck and nunfortunatly I did not see it and did not remove it before sending it back. I really wish I could attach the pic to see how light of dust there was on the wheel. I think it's clear that there was no usage outdoors I just simply tried them at home. I f I had purchased those in store, the whells also would have some luight sust from people trying it on at the store. I wrote to them back, explaining thte situation and asked to kindly refund me the whole amount. I have not heard back from them. This is really bad customer service. I will not purchase from them again, even if the item is cheaper. I prefer to paya bit more and get good service .

Over a month since I ordered my skates now and still no refund after they never arrived. Never known customer service like it. Iv even emailed proof that I order the exact same skates from someone else after they failed me. Nobody cares in customer service just say the same dribble every time.

Seriously, never order from this company.
They sent me the wrong size of skateboard and it’s been two weeks since I let them know.
Customer service blames the warehouse, warehouse blames customer service. But nobody makes it right.
They admit the problem, but nobody will ship the skateboard that I ordered.
Horrible service.

There is one unpleasant moment - the consultant on the site advised a good scooter (longway santa muerte 6), but it is too short for my height (I indicated my height when communicating - 189cm), the bar of the scooter is 65cm, and I need at least 75cm. I already sent an email about this to the support team.

Absolutely awful service from when stuff goes wrong -
Bought a pair of Skates with easy fastening system for it to be faulty and unable to tighten the system up.
Raised this to Skatepro who told me they would have a resolution after a few days, then got lead on a wild goose chase of back and forth emails.
Sent photos and videos of the issue. Then gold told they wasn’t sufficient and to send more. Then got told to find a batch number which when I couldn’t find them they didn’t believe me so had to send even more photos…..
Now after a week they want me to send the item back (I wanted to do this a week ago)
They keep asking me via email if I want the postage label sending… well obviously because I want this issue sorted but they still haven’t sent me the postage label…..
Rang up to make a complaint but got told there’s no complaints team and I should just leave a review instead….
Had to demand to speak to a manager because obviously this review will not sort my issue out or replace the skates but hopefully it will put other people of from buying from this company because when you have an issue from my experience they will not care and cause you so much more stress.
Looks like I won’t be skating for over a month now just as the weather is getting nicer.

we ordered an expensive stunt scooter for birthday!
We got a fast delivery but a damaged scooter!
We had to send videos, fotos again and again and they answered we should try again and again.
We lost motivation and the scooter still doesn`t work.
We cannot recommend this company and their stuff!

Can't understand the negative reviews, ordered 2 bikes gyro and pegs, turned up after about a week no problem. Really great company at mega prices would recommend 👌
They promise 1 year return period. Shipment is from US, invoice is from US, but they want me to return the product to Denmark! You can buy $19 return label or pay $40 for small USPS flat rate box.
Probably ok for an expensive purchase but not worth otherwise. I will not buy from them again. I should have done my research beforehand.
