This place is a scam do not order from here! I placed an order for xmas and after it was supposed to arrive it hadn't even shipped yet. I was given no indication they ever intended to fill my order and now i'm in the process of trying to receive back the money i paid. DO Not buy here!

I was impressed how fast they shipped and delivered my orders. Bought two pairs of CCM AS570RH skates from separate orders and they both came within a week. However, needed to return the second one due to manufacturing issue. I don’t blame them due to skates were discontinued by the manufacturer. But Skatepro did pretty well on their customer service responses and shipping.

FAST DELIVERY AND PRETTY CHEAP AND USEFUL PRODUCTS.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! I spent £43 on Knee pads that split within 1 month of buying. Customer services will not accept that they should last longer than this and when challenged they said he had worn them excessively. At most that is 30 times this month. I was told that this is wear and tear and there is nothing they can do about it. I explained the last ones we had lasted 2 years and they shrugged it off. I would expect more than a months worth of wear out of them. They told me to go and complain to the ombudsman. They do not wish to replace, repair or refund items that are not fit for purpose or are of poor quality like the knee pads they sent. The manager who spoke to me was not interested in anything I had to say and told me that I was wrong and the product was not to blame.

When ordering online there in no way of stating what size scooter handle you want. Scooter came and very disappointed. Not only has it got the shortest handle available (when I wanted the longest), but it also has a deformed front wheel. The front wheel is not moulded correctly. It looks as if there was air in the mould or the mould just didn't fill with polymer when being made. Shocking quality! To crown at all I can't get SkatePro to respond to two emails and two web help requests. Useless service. I just wasted over $300 buying this product. Keep clear of this company!
Edit/addition: I didn't mention the wheel in my very first contact because I expected you to take the scooter back so I could get another size...after all you advertise a 365 day return policy (Oh wait, you might have forgotten that too, just like the many photos of the deformed wheel I have sent in many subsequent attempts to communicate). Stop wiggling and be businesslike!

As stated in the previous customers experience, I too received the same shipping guarantee when ordering which was not met. I ordered on Dec. 13 with assurance on the website stating it would be received between Monday Dec. 19 - and Wed. Dec 21. The order was not shipped until Fri Dec 16, and the worst thing about this is that it is a gift for my 2 sons, so now having to find alternate sources to order from with a few days remaining before Christmas. Skatepro could have very simply removed the guarantee from their website and I would have ordered elsewhere. Now they are saying I have to sort out UPS shipping to return in order to get my money back for something that won't arrive until Dec. 29/30. Skatepro is somewhat quick to respond, but there is a lack of responsibility on their end to sort out a lack of fulfillment of a "guaranteed" shipping by a certain date. Please feel free to respond SkatePro, and let me know how you will deal with this issue, and I would likely improve my rating, but at this time not fulfilling a guarantee or taking action to return money and sort out the shipping issue on your end is a great way to lose customers and receive terrible reviews.
Update - Dec.22: Skatepro has acknowledged the fact this order is not needed, and they have requested a turn around in shipping from UPS. I didn't have to contact UPS which was nice. I still have yet to receive refund, but it is supposed to be refunded once they receive the parcel back in their warehouse.
Update Jan 2, 2023 - I managed to receive my refund from Skatepro, and they took care of the return. I also managed to source some skimboards from a local shop in time for Christmas, so it all worked out in the end. I hope they realize they can simply adjust their website with proper information relating to shipping/receiving times, etc.

This company wrote, if order by a specific date on their web site you will receive it by Christmas. They didn't even ship it. 6 days later still not shipped. They are not Canadian they are from Denmark. This company is about getting your money not providing you with an honest service. Incoming excuse from company ........

Ordered a skate board for my son , grip tape and wax.
Still not arrived … got a message saying I can track it … the number is not valid and no idea what company it is! Now apparently it’s a problem with address.
The message doesn’t look fact to me.. looks like a fake saying is stuck in depo???
My son was desperate for this and it never turned up waiting in because we was advised the date due for arrival….

All components have come in good order, exactly what I ordered. Really happy with the purchase. Skate pro beat all other online stores in terms of pricing. The only downside to delivery is the use of GLS, takes some time for them to move the goods from the warehouse to their counterparts in UK and tracking is somewhat glitchy, But once in UK, very swift delivery. Overall it’s worth waiting couple days longer for the right product on the right price. Positive experience and will come back for future purchases

Couldn't be happier. SkatePro had the best price for the inline skates I wanted. It also qualified for free shipping. Placed my order on the site, got a tracking number for updates and a week later received my skates. What more can you ask for.
this company is pretending to be a Canadian company, then the orders get shipped from Denmark, and then you get destroyed by import fees
I spoke to the rudest customer service person ever called Eigo who just laughed at me and mocked me

Ordered a hub driver, they sent the wrong one in the box of the correct one. The second time this happened to me. I didn't bother returning it since there are no more stores that sell that part.
