This place is a scam do not order from here! I placed an order for xmas and after it was supposed to arrive it hadn't even shipped yet. I was given no indication they ever intended to fill my order and now i'm in the process of trying to receive back the money i paid. DO Not buy here!

Fast Shipping and Awesome Customer Service

I was impressed how fast they shipped and delivered my orders. Bought two pairs of CCM AS570RH skates from separate orders and they both came within a week. However, needed to return the second one due to manufacturing issue. I don’t blame them due to skates were discontinued by the manufacturer. But Skatepro did pretty well on their customer service responses and shipping.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! I spent £43 on Knee pads that split within 1 month of buying. Customer services will not accept that they should last longer than this and when challenged they said he had worn them excessively. At most that is 30 times this month. I was told that this is wear and tear and there is nothing they can do about it. I explained the last ones we had lasted 2 years and they shrugged it off. I would expect more than a months worth of wear out of them. They told me to go and complain to the ombudsman. They do not wish to replace, repair or refund items that are not fit for purpose or are of poor quality like the knee pads they sent. The manager who spoke to me was not interested in anything I had to say and told me that I was wrong and the product was not to blame.

WARNING - Don't be fooled by SkatePro

When ordering online there in no way of stating what size scooter handle you want. Scooter came and very disappointed. Not only has it got the shortest handle available (when I wanted the longest), but it also has a deformed front wheel. The front wheel is not moulded correctly. It looks as if there was air in the mould or the mould just didn't fill with polymer when being made. Shocking quality! To crown at all I can't get SkatePro to respond to two emails and two web help requests. Useless service. I just wasted over $300 buying this product. Keep clear of this company!
Edit/addition: I didn't mention the wheel in my very first contact because I expected you to take the scooter back so I could get another size...after all you advertise a 365 day return policy (Oh wait, you might have forgotten that too, just like the many photos of the deformed wheel I have sent in many subsequent attempts to communicate). Stop wiggling and be businesslike!

The height of the scooter is indicated in the specs of the product.
There's a size chart for every scooter, it's located just over the button "add to cart".
By opening the size chart, you can check what size of scooter is recommended for the rider's height. The scooter you bought is one size, so there's no possibility to select a different height. If you're in doubt, we recommend contacting us at email@skatepro.au for advice. Regarding the wheel, you did not mention it at all when you first contacted us, but we can find a solution for that, just please send us some pictures via email, and we will take it from there.

Does Skatepro understand the word "guarantee"?

As stated in the previous customers experience, I too received the same shipping guarantee when ordering which was not met. I ordered on Dec. 13 with assurance on the website stating it would be received between Monday Dec. 19 - and Wed. Dec 21. The order was not shipped until Fri Dec 16, and the worst thing about this is that it is a gift for my 2 sons, so now having to find alternate sources to order from with a few days remaining before Christmas. Skatepro could have very simply removed the guarantee from their website and I would have ordered elsewhere. Now they are saying I have to sort out UPS shipping to return in order to get my money back for something that won't arrive until Dec. 29/30. Skatepro is somewhat quick to respond, but there is a lack of responsibility on their end to sort out a lack of fulfillment of a "guaranteed" shipping by a certain date. Please feel free to respond SkatePro, and let me know how you will deal with this issue, and I would likely improve my rating, but at this time not fulfilling a guarantee or taking action to return money and sort out the shipping issue on your end is a great way to lose customers and receive terrible reviews.

Update - Dec.22: Skatepro has acknowledged the fact this order is not needed, and they have requested a turn around in shipping from UPS. I didn't have to contact UPS which was nice. I still have yet to receive refund, but it is supposed to be refunded once they receive the parcel back in their warehouse.

Update Jan 2, 2023 - I managed to receive my refund from Skatepro, and they took care of the return. I also managed to source some skimboards from a local shop in time for Christmas, so it all worked out in the end. I hope they realize they can simply adjust their website with proper information relating to shipping/receiving times, etc.

Sadly, external factors can occur in these situations (work load, personnel, traffic, delivery companies organizational product as well as weather conditions). I am one of the colleagues who kept a very close eye on your parcel status and did my best to get updates on it as well as to inform other colleagues to check and announce you regarding its status.

You're right, we promised in our confirmation email that you would get it latest by 21st December, and you will receive it two days later. We apologize for this delay. Unfortunately, in a busy period like this, there can be delays even in our warehouse. But I can assure you that we're doing our best to get every order out as soon as possible, and in the order we received them.

I am aware that excuses will not change your experience with us and that you needed your products in good time.

My colleagues offered an early refund because we completely emphasize with you on this one, and we will take care of getting the parcel back to us.

I hope you managed to find the products elsewhere and still had a beautiful holiday with your family despite this stressful experience.

We also try to do all that is in our power to deliver the parcels in time and to assist you as well as we can.

We apologize once again for this experience :(.

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT

This company wrote, if order by a specific date on their web site you will receive it by Christmas. They didn't even ship it. 6 days later still not shipped. They are not Canadian they are from Denmark. This company is about getting your money not providing you with an honest service. Incoming excuse from company ........

Ordered a skate board for my son

Ordered a skate board for my son , grip tape and wax.

Still not arrived … got a message saying I can track it … the number is not valid and no idea what company it is! Now apparently it’s a problem with address.
The message doesn’t look fact to me.. looks like a fake saying is stuck in depo???
My son was desperate for this and it never turned up waiting in because we was advised the date due for arrival….

I'm not sure as to why the tracking wasn't working for you, but when I checked the tracking link it indeed implied an issue with the address.
After you've provided us with the house number, we've passed this on to the delivery company, and your order will be delivered as soon as possible.

Positive experience

All components have come in good order, exactly what I ordered. Really happy with the purchase. Skate pro beat all other online stores in terms of pricing. The only downside to delivery is the use of GLS, takes some time for them to move the goods from the warehouse to their counterparts in UK and tracking is somewhat glitchy, But once in UK, very swift delivery. Overall it’s worth waiting couple days longer for the right product on the right price. Positive experience and will come back for future purchases

Ai selectat ca metodă de plată Credit Card iar comanda ne apară cu roșu în sistem cam fiind incompletă.

Couldn't Be Happier

Couldn't be happier. SkatePro had the best price for the inline skates I wanted. It also qualified for free shipping. Placed my order on the site, got a tracking number for updates and a week later received my skates. What more can you ask for.

I am very surprised to see that you have had such an unpleasant experience with us because from our end, things looked pretty efficient. I answered all your emails within half an hour of getting them and I was very clear in reassuring you that you will not have import fees to pay.

Previously, before we had set up proper shipping to Canada, customers would have had customs fees to pay. This has however not been the case for just shy of a year. In any case, you will not be "destroyed by import fees". I am sorry that that is the impression you were left with.

We do have a Canadian website but if you look up SkatePro, our address is public and you are able to see that our headquarters are in Denmark. The reason we have a separate Canadian website is to make sure we are able to get the proper tax calculation in place and to allow you to have region specific sales. So for example, we had some special prices for thanksgiving and obviously those dates do not correspond with the American dates.

Finally, I am sorry that my colleague left a bad impression on you, we always strive to provide you with the best service possible and we appreciate your feedback.

Wrong parts right packaging

Ordered a hub driver, they sent the wrong one in the box of the correct one. The second time this happened to me. I didn't bother returning it since there are no more stores that sell that part.
