Ordered half of a custom setup for a bike & ended up having to cancel due to everything being stuck in Germany for over 2 weeks. Company took quite awhile to respond to me whenever I did decide to reach out to check up on my costly order & even then they had no idea when I might receive it. Definitely would recommend taking your business to Source BMX or somewhere along those lines as they will have everything shipped to you in the given time. 100% a waste of my time.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Scamming North Americans with Vancouver address and phone number, then ship to you and you get charged overseas fee's. Then part of the product was garbage, they won't replace it.

I ordered skis from skatepro.com to be shipped to California, and I paid $19 for expedited delivery. They arrived in two days and exactly as expected.
This is an excellent company to buy from, I bought my husband a coat for Xmas, it took around 2 weeks to arrive (from denmark) but the tracking was brilliant.
Unfortunately I didn't order one big enough so it had to be returned. This was very simple, you just buy a label from skate pro and take it to ups.
Full refund recieved and no quibble!

They mounted my bindings and shipped my new skis from Denmark to California in six days. I cant believe it! The website gave me a very accurate estimate of shipping time. Everything worked out great and I got a free ski bag. Awesome thanks guys, happy new year!
Terrible , sold me a faulty product and then they refused to refund or exchange the product and gave me a terrible pathetic excuse. Don’t recommend. Terrible customer service.

I just received in the USA my Atomic Hawx Ultra 130 XTD boots seven days after ordering them, and that included Christmas in between! Low price, responsive to questions I asked via their chat to confirm model years and shipping, delivery fast and free, etc. Plus, who wouldn't want to support Denmark, eh?!
Accidentally sent me the wrong stained skateboard deck but apologized and got the new one sent out which arrived today on Christmas eve all the way from Belgium I believe! Also sent me a free gift and really nice people! This means a lot to me as the deck was a present and one they had as a kid.
I live in England and order longboard equipment from Skatepro from time to time. It has always turned up on time and have received really good customer service from them.
Recently I ordered a new longboard because it was on sale and was told it would only take 5 days to be delivered. When it didn't turn up I went on the GLS track your parcel link and found it was stuck in customs. I emailed SkatePro and told them about the problem to which the emailed me back the same day saying they were sorry and it would be released ASAP as there had been a mistake, two days later it turned up. It was well packaged, the correct item and undamaged so I'm very happy
In the current climate we need to cut some of these companies some slack because of covid and Brexit.
I will be using them again.
I didn’t need to contact customer service but I ordered a snowboard and they sent it out expedited UPS same day. Honestly no complaints, they delivered fine for me here in the US.
Everyone here is mad with UPS because they are understaffed in Germany. That isn’t even on SkatePro take it up with UPS.
UPS is hung up in Germany, so UPS couldn’t get it to me for 2 weeks, but that isn’t on SkatePro-

Hi skatepro I recently ordered a cult gateway bmx on Wednesday the 1st of December will this come in time for Christmas as it has been delayed. Also, I would just like to ask why has the delay happened and my order not yet been shipped. Would be brilliant if you could get back to me.
Skatepro have gotten back to me regarding the order and everything is now being resolved and the order is being processed.Edit: Give them time as they are a large company but will get back to you when they can.
It has been almost two months since I ordered, and no package or refund yet. I opened a PayPal dispute to get my money back, after I asked for a refund three times, and was given a excuse each time. I was finally offered a refund after I filled a PayPal dispute, but only after I close the dispute. The customer service is a complete joke, I was actually told that “ they meant what they said” when they were trying to get me to close my dispute with PayPal. There are way better skate shops out there, don’t waste your time with these guys.

I purchased Ski Randonnee skins last winter (G3 Alpinist). The order process, delivery time, and delivery method was better or matching all other major online retailers. But SkatePro really stood out in its customer service when I had a problem, they were extremely helpful and kind. I will for sure be a returning customer and would recommend them to others
Let’s be honest you think the company is super shady because it’s not in the USA…I ordered some skates from SkatePro and it took about a month to get to me they are based in Denmark and I live in Hawai’i(everything takes forever to get here)…it wasn’t SkatePros fault they sent the order out the very next day. The shipping was just slow SkatePro did what they could. Im super stoked on the skates I got. I even saved $50 USD from every other site. I just want to return the favor this company its legit and I will order again from them. Highly recommend.
Ordered BMX parts. They all arrived as described and are all quality products. The shipping took about twice the stated time through no fault of Skatepro. International shipping is a nightmare right now. The customer service bent over backwards to keep me as informed and happy as possible while waiting. Would certainly buy from again.
Skatepro.ca is masquerading as a Canadian company. Shipping is very long with custom fees in Canada. It ends up being about 20% more expensive than other companies. Products have been so far good, but shipping, delays, and customs make it a painfull experience. The reason we buy from Canadian website is to avoid delays, shipping, and customs. Stop misleading customers.
