Me and my mum went into size on Tuesday just for a look and we where greeted with Alex noki , who was amazing , was the best customer service we have ever had

Damaged goods
Received trainers with stains on them, this is second time it’s happened. I was willing to sort it out with Size? But you can’t get anywhere. I’ve been trying for over 6 weeks. You get an initial reply then you hear nothing back. Then when you contact them again you get a reply asking you to send over pics of trainers again after you do that. You do not get any further comms. I have sent pics over around 5 times now to different advisors. Well I’m afraid I’m not going to buy another thing from size? I have been very patient, more patient than I should have been. But getting nowhere. Sorry but been worse service I’ve ever encountered. All the hundreds of pounds I spend with size? Each month just to be treated appallingly. Well I’m afraid this was he last straw.

Hi,
Well, yet again after sending over pictures of damaged trainers for the 6th time at Size’s request the other day and a promise of they will deal with it as matter of urgency as never getting dealt with, yet again I get no response to initial email after sending photo.
I have spent £1300 on coats and trainers in just the last 2 and a half month. Size? As you’ll be able to see in my account in previous orders.
Well, that’s it I give up. I will NOT buy another thing from Size? From now on I shall give my money to other companies.
Update: changing my review to 5 stars. Simply because. I’ve had couple issues which I understand can happen, with the amount I order, but both times once Georgia for service team has taken up the correcting of issue she has been fantastic and has sorted issues for me. The fact I am still going to be buying a lot from Size? Is purely down to Georgia.

I bought first pair , it arrived quickly and item was as described . Unfortunately item was faulty . Few days later I got a full refund . In mean time I bough second pair . Arrived quickly even with standard postage . Shoes looks really good .
