Great gym! Love it. Been to many gyms in my time. And I think pure gym had great and varied equipment. I work from home now. So unfortunately nearest pure gym is too far away from me now. That’s simply the only reason don’t still use one. If one opens near me. I’ll certainly sign up again!
Totally not happy at all. Placed order 2 days ago and just been told after two days that order cancelled as not available. It showed as in stock when ordered it. In fact if you check your site just now it STILL shows as in stock. But you’ve cancelled my order. It was on sale for £40 but if I was to buy the same trainer but in different colour it would be £95!!!! This is clearly a case of fraud and trying to get more money out of customers. Also I paid £40 but you refund says £36. So you’re planning on keeping the delivery fee even though you have cancelled my order!!!! This is the second time you have cancelled this order both times item shows as in stock. Outrageous and I most definitely will be taking this further. I have taken screenshot of said trainers on your app, still shows for sale but price has now been increased. It also says “selling fast very popular at the moment. 5+ pairs sold in last 48hours’ and is are still being sold. But I bought mine more than 48 hours ago and for less. But for some reason my order been cancelled twice and now price increased. This is clearly a case of price gouging. Please be aware of this company and there devious ways. I have screenshot of they need to see it. To prove everything I have just said.
Update: I have already emailed you. And had no reply. But I left my review here. Shouldn’t you be proactive and contact me? You have all my details. Plus I’m your reply is that an email address or what? If it’s an email address it’s incomplete. Service doesn’t seem to be getting any better to be honest. And if it’s a URL it comes back PAGE NOT FOUND.

I am waiting for reply to my email. As I bought 7 pairs of trainers one of the pairs had big scuff on front and side of trainer.
UPDATE: I did reply to automated email service, I have checked all inboxes and no reply yet, I have also now replied to your email just sent and review.

The boxes were all bashed. And out of the 5 boxes of trainers. Two pairs were completely out of the box rolling around in the bag. No care was taking at all with my parcel.
