Suits are lovely and came quickly which was great. However when one of them didn’t fit I was told I could send it back for a free exchange. I had to pay nearly £10 in postage and wasn’t offered a refund on that as “sizing is not considered a fault”. I had to contact 4 days in a row without a single response, to get a tracking number for the returned suit as they never told me they received my package or that they had sent a new one off. Products are great but the customer service is certainly lousy and unhelpful, and watch out if you need to make a return or exchange because you’re told to send it tracked and when you do you don’t get your money back!

My boys loved their suits, easy to order and size, speedy delivery and the kids loved them more importantly

After looking around for a suit for my toddler son, i decided to order from Sirri. The suit was of great quality however the size was too small for my son and the wedding was a week away! So i emailed Sirri to let them know that i will be returning the suit and reorder and almost instantly Sirri replied and said that was fine and issued the refund money as quickly as possible so that i could purchase another suit. Great customer service! And satisfaction of good quality purchases! Quick to respond to enquiries! Thanks Sirri. Will be ordering from you again!

Absolutely amazing customer service! Awesome quality suits and very good prices. I messed my measurements up and they took my suit back three times without hesitation and shipped new ones out straight away! From start to end they have been absolutely faultless! Ordered two children’s suits for a wedding. Arrived very promptly (within three days), quality was great and fit my two slim sons perfectly. Week after their father ordered a suit after having little success in the shops, he is more ‘rounded’ than the kids and was shocked when he measured himself but tape was accurate and quality suit again fit well.

I just received my second order from Sirri and not only did I love the two suits, I loved their customer service. They discovered they no longer had the suit I ordered in stock but they offered a different suit that cost a bit more at no extra cost to me and my son still loves it even though it wasn't the suit he originally picked out. This company has amazing customer service and great products and I will continue to order from them.

The quality of the suit I bought was excellent. Great material and fit.
Royal mail had an issue with the parcel so sirri did not hesitate in sending another one without delay on next day special delivery. Just in time to leave for a wedding.

Ordered a suit for my 12 year old (nearly 13 year old) son. He's tall, so we ordered a 14 year old size. Arrived extremely quickly (ordered on Sunday afternoon, arrived on Tuesday morning). Fit very well (a shade long for the trousers) and looked excellent. Highly recommended.

Hi just would like to say Thankyou for the suits they look amazing on my boys.
I customized the wing collar shirts with red shinny buttons to match the their dad suit.
The suits were a perfect fit. Both my boys loved the suits.
