The website is so easy to navigate and they have a wide selection of suits for any occasion. My Grandsons are both making their First Holy Communion in May. I purchased 2 "bargain" suits in the sale, which looked good but you can never tell until you actually see them "in the flesh". I ordered at Lunchtime on Wednesday, choosing the standard delivery. It was received by my Daughter less than 24 hours later. Communication from Evri was excellent. She is thrilled with them, as am I from the photos she sent of them trying them on. I was nervous about the fit when ordering but the size guide and video was helpful and accurate. She is so pleased with them, that she will be ordering wedding suits for them next year. Fantastic service.

I only review a company when something has gone wrong and how they resolve the problem. In this case Evri did their usual hopeless thing and didn't deliver the package when they said they would. I emailed Roco, and immediately they posted out a new order to an alternative address of my choice, and kept me posted and checked that everything was OK. It wasn't Roco's fault that something went wrong (apart from their choice of using Evri), but they put it right anyway. Oh yes, and I am really happy with the suit, as is my teenage son. Very smart!

I had some issues with the delivery provider, who returned the parcel to Roco Clothing. I contacted Roco Clothing and received an immediate response to reassure me that the parcel would be sent again via next day delivery.
I thought the timely assistance was brilliant.

I would 100% recommend roco for suits ,the service they provide is 10/10 unmatched never had an issue , the email reply’s are very prompt, and they are very friendly, thank you so much to Paige for being very helpful & kind while dealing with my order , appreciate all the help you gave me , nothing to was too much , which is nice when your ordering big occasion items :) xxx

I am really happy with Roco Clothing and would highly recommend them. The clothes are really good quality and a good fit. They are also really reasonably priced. My sons are really slim and I struggle to find suits to fit them. The Roco clothing suits offer a slim fit which fit perfectly.

I had an issue with a delay in receiving a refund and contacted the supports online and they were able to resolve my issue within minutes.

I have purchased from them multiple times for special occasions and would highly recommend them.

I ordered a suit from Roco for my son and when it arrived found that there was a small fault with the trouser. I sent it back with all the necessary paperwork contacted Roco on the weekend not expecting a response till the Monday. However, I received a response on the Saturday itself. Customer service was very helpful and got back to me on the Monday the 15th. As we required the suit for a family occasion, I mentioned this to them and they sent this next day delivery; I received it by Wednesday the 17th and was impressed with the level of service that was offered.

Very poor service. I bought my son's christening suit. Returned it as it was too big but never got a refund.

Customer service was fantastic! Courier had misplaced my parcel and Roco was so responsive and immediately helped me to get a replacement suit for my son’s Christmas dance. The suit is great quality and fits him well. I will definitely shop with them again in the future. Thank you!

Bought a suit for my 11 year old son and the jacket and trousers were a perfect fit. The waist coat and shirt were too big, so we used one of his school shirts which looked great. He’s very slim, so I wasn’t surprised that they were too big on him. We didn’t use the waist coat at all and he looked really smart and got lots of compliments. The tie and pocket square were a very sweet touch

We attended a family wedding recently and I ordered suits for my 2 boys aged 9 and 11.
The suits arrived in suit bags and my boys were immediately delighted - and felt very special! They actually loved the presentation so much that they were willing them to fit!
I ordered 3 suits for size and returned one. Return and refund was hassle free.
I had been searching and searching for suits for the boys and found them impossible to find as I wanted them both to wear the same and am delighted that a friend recommended Roco to me. I considered both the price and quality to be second to none. Trousers, jacket, waistcoat, shirt & tie - all so simple!
The boys looked and felt a million dollars.
I recommend to all!

We had been looking for a suit for our 15 year old son and I came across Rocco after weeks of searching. We had to try a couple of sizes as we weren’t sure. Our son loved the suit and the service received when having to return a couple of the sizes was nothing short of amazing. I’d made a couple of errors in the return but Paige was super helpful and sorted everything out - couldn’t fault the service or quality of clothes - great company!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Huge thank you to Roco Clothing who went the extra mile to make sure I received my Sons suit for our Wedding as I ordered very last minute. The suit was perfect, I was so pleased with it and reasonably priced.

The customer service I got from Roco was wonderful, ordered my boy a suit for my dads funeral on Sunday Monday, as soon as I ordered it I saw another I preferred so I emailed to ask if I could change to that one! I got an email back late Sunday night (on a bank holiday weekend) to say no problem at all order had been changed. I received the suit on Wednesday quality suit, great fit, fantastic price and amazing customer service!! Will definitely use again!

The worst company I have dealt with in 20 years in the UK. I bought a suit for my son which turned out to be too small. I returned it to Roco and never received the promised refund (I even have their email confirming it). They do not reply to emails at all .To me, this is nothing less than blatant theft of £80!

Absolutely fantastic customer service, fast delivery and so easy to return which is free, I needed to do an exchange as item was a bit big I had a total stress free fast exchange 4 days from sending item back and recieving my exchange will definitely give Roco 100% satisfaction and fantastic quality of clothing at very reasonable prices.

Stay away from this company! I have had to go through the Financial Ombudsman to get a refund and resolvemy issues. The absolute worst online shopping experience and I wish I had read some of the reviews before purchasing. Basically bought a suit for Prom for my son and their size 16 was very big on him. I immediately emailed the company to let them know I will be returning the suit and immediately placed an order for a smaller size 15. The unsuitable item was collected by Evri the very next morning and the replacement suit in a smaller size arrives a few days later. The fit for the small suit size 15 was perfect and had no issues with it.

A few weeks go by and I get an email from Katie stating they will not be issuing a refund on my return because the suit was worn and stained. They then attached upclose photos of a very worn out jacket area with stains and fabric bubbles that form on fabric from prolonged wear - the item was clearly not what I had sent them as this item looked old, we only tried on the suit and repackaged it and I also took photos of the suit before I sent it back. The absolute cheek of this company! We had a back and forth and long story short they refused to issue a refund. I filed a dispute with PayPal and apparently PayPal will not issue a refund unless the retailer sent you the wrong item ie you ordered a green dress and were sent a red dress, nothing else is covered in their seller protection policy. Despite Roco having received my return with proof, PayPal said they could not issue a refund. So they want me to pay for a product that I do not have! I raised a dispute with my bank that gave me charge back refund, however, PayPal has continued to pursue me to pay for my Roco purchase despite me sending my item back to the retailer. I have since filed a dispute and complaint against PayPal and Roco Clothing with the financial Ombudsman because what on earth is this nonsense! Why should I pay for a product that I do not have? There is a reason this retailer does not have the likes of Klarna or Clearpay as a form of payment on their website - as a customer, think about that! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY. This has truly been a very stressful experience and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I do 90% of all my shopping online and I have never encountered anything like this, what a dreadful company and equally as dreadful of a payment partner they have in PayPal.

I was in a rush and left it too late to order my twins prom outfit, I sent a message asking if they could send the suits out asap so they'd arrive in time for their prom. Not only have they arrived in time but they look amazing. A+ for service and the way the clothes look. Again thank you

I had a problem with the delivery company EVRI. As the cloth I ordered was for occasion, we almost run out of time. The customer service Katie has done a brilliant job. She called back the item from Evri and processed everything and received the cloth with in 24 hours which is amazing
