Have used Sinotel on a few occasions and they always ship speedily and well packaged. I’ve been in touch with Alan there many times who is extremely helpful and very straightforward to deal with. Had an unfortunate issue with my Xiegu X6100 which Alan sorted under warranty without any problems. A modern radio tech company with an old school gentlemanly approach to their excellent customer service which is refreshing. Thank you Alan & Team 👌

I had a couple of issues with my Xiegu G90 whilst out portable. The radio was out of warranty but called Sinotel and spoke to Alan.
He said no worries send it over to me.
Alan sorted out my radio and swiftly returned it now working in excellent order.

I purchased a Xiegu G90 and psu in March. The items received within time promised well packed at a good price. No complaints. I have subsequently purchased a couple of accessories all received on time.

Ordered my Xiegu X6100 in the UK at a price which was the cheapest I could find even including the shipping. The radio was delivered next day with the firmware upgrade as promised. Nothing to complain about - first rate service I will be buying from Sinotel again A++

I purchased a new DMR radio from Sinotel through their website, very easy to navigate to make purchase online.
I followed up with an email to confirm expected delivery date. I received a quick response with tracking number.
Overall a good experience, competitively priced and quick delivery. I will use them again.

During a trip to Sweden and searching for a good price I found Sinotel. From the start I experienced very good service. Unfortunately my equipment, a Xiegu X5105, had a problem and had to go back for repairs. Once again I was surprised by the great service, simple and uncomplicated. I sent back the radio (Brazil to UK) and it has been fixed as expected from a good company

I have bought several pieces of equipment from Sinotel to date. On two occasions I made illogical option choices for items I wanted to purchase, because I did not read the item descriptions properly. In both cases they caught the issue and let me know almost immediately. They also dispatch very quickly, in all cases I only had to wait a day or two. It is clear that Sinotel is in the Amateur Radio business because of a love for it as one of their primary drivers, because they are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.
