Absolutely terrible service. No WiFi for weeks on end and the company will not suggest a solution. The constantly ask for more money to upgrade to a better service even though it’s casting me £70 a month for an unuseable service. Avoid at all costs! They do not guarentee any download speeds because their equipment doesn’t work and it means you are stuck! Avoid avoid avoid

Very poor aftercare service. Numerous emails without reply, currently without WiFi for the last 3days. Emailed grabs showing downloaded speed and no reply.

What a pleasure it has been to deal with this company. From my initial telephone call to completion of my order to install Wi-Fi at my caravan, the whole process was completely seamless. I’ve seen since moved Vans and asked them to move my Wi-Fi accordingly which once again was no issue. I did have a hardware issue at one point but the team popped out and replaced my router without charge. The Wi-Fi itself is brilliant and has succeeded my expectations. I can certainly recommend this company.

If you’ve got broadband problems and are looking for high speed internet access then look no further than Essex WiFi. A great company to deal with offering a really helpful, friendly and personal service. Most important of all their system really works.

I discovered Essex WiFi whilst searching the internet for an alternative to BT landline and mobile internet services both of which were becoming increasingly slow and unreliable.
After first contacting Essex WiFi they arranged for a very detailed site survey to ascertain the level of service they could provide to my premises and approximately two weeks later they returned and installed the microwave dish. I already had a suitable router that they were able to connect into and the installation was completed successfully.
Initially I encountered a minor problem that was quickly resolved by a phone call to support and since then I have had fast reliable internet connection. The most noticeable impact was when streaming UHD films in the early evening. I used to encounter buffering and sometimes complete loss of the film but now it all runs smoothly 24/7.
I am very happy with the reliable internet service provided by Essex WiFi and with the customer fronting staff from presales to customer support.

Only been with Essex WiFi for a short time,but so far no complaints.
I was having trouble with my wi fi reception on a caravan site on Mersea Island.
Essex Wi Fi was recommended by my neighbour, so I gave them a call and spoke to Rebecca. She went through everything and sent email quickly. I went through paperwork,and phoned to book installation.
This was carried out on time by Gavin who phoned about an hour beforehand to say he was on his way.
Cannot fault.

We had so many problem at our caravan in Mersea and was recommended Essex Wi-Fi by some else who used them . What a amazing company and great staff . We spoke to Rebecca from start to finish and I have to say she’s amazing and very helpful . Explained everything and is always at the end of the phone or email if needed . I will be recommending these for sure .

What an excellent service so far. We tried several ways to get internet but all failed because of the poor reception on Mersea Island.
Essex WiFi had been recommended and we are so glad we had them. So far no problems.

Essex WiFi promised much better speeds and they have delivered. I used to have to wait hours before a film downloaded now I can watch almost immediately. Its that much better. The installation couldn't have been easier too. Totally recommend.

Trust pilot removed my recent review saying that I wasn’t a real customer … I can assure you I am and if you are struggling with terrible wifi in Essex, give this company a call - you will not be disappointed - excellent service from start to finish and the wifi connection has been amazing…

Excellent service from start to finish. Rebecca was our point of contact and was extremely helpful in the setting up of the service for us and in a very quick timescale too.
The reception we receive at East Mersea in the caravan is fast and reliable, prior to installation by Essex Wifi we were lucky to get any reception at times.
Installation from the engineer was through and neat.
I would highly recommend Essex Wifi.

Essex Wifi provided an excellent service from start to finish. We were really struggling to get good download speed to our house in Mayland. Essex Wifi were able to set us up and we have had excellent speeds since! Rebecca was very helpful throughout, the team who set us up were thorough and wiring was neat and tidy, they even spent time making sure our sons gaming PC was up and running efficiently before leaving A+ service. Would 100% recommend to anyone locally struggling with modern tech in harder to reach homes.

We’re really pleased with the service we’ve received from Essex WiFi. We moved into an area where the other network speeds were so low that neighbours said they couldn’t work from home. Essex WiFi connected us up quickly and provided a very good customer service and so far our speeds have been both high and stable.

The team work hard to deliver a wireless network service, which after the upgrade of the Ariel is completely weather agnostic and delivers a stable and fast solution. I am current running a 300Mbps service which has been so far bullet proof. Customer service is very good and they will always try to help. Initial setup has bee vastly improved.

Excellent service from order to installation. My previous WiFi providers reception was very intermittent but Essex WiFi has been superb and very reliable since being installed.

I have been a customer for over a year and I absolutely love Essex Wifi. I have 8Mbps download and 2Mbps upload with EE, i now have 60 down and 20 up. Perfect Thank you.
