Turnkey have looked after our telecoms for over 10 years. They are always on hand to help with any questions we have.
Recently we have implemented a new phone system into the business. From the initial on site consultation to the install and changeover date the whole process has been seamless with no impact on our day to day business.
We would recommend Turnkey to any business looking for a telecoms partner.

We were looking at implementing a VoIP phone system for our new office we had serval quotes we chose turnkey as they were the most professional and competitive with pricing

Poor customer service
Send random spurious emails, when asked for details of the source of the email, they do not respond to emails. Expect that they purchase emails address from a third party data acquisition company
Hopefully the Trustpilot review will generate a response

However, if you have not done so already, there is a unsubscribe button at the bottom of our emails or if you so wish, I can personally ensure you are removed from our database. With regards to your comment about a lack of response, unfortunately we do not work on a bank holiday and therefore have not had time to respond to your email from Friday afternoon. I have noted that you have commented the same comment on various businesses, I would be interested to learn how you go about marketing without sending any emails?

We have used Turnkey for the last 7 or…
We have used Turnkey for the last 7 or 8 years to support our businesses. We have recently set up a new office and turnkey recommended the best and most cost effective solution for us. We have also had urgent changes from one or 2 offices where urgent diverts have been put in place immediately to enable us to continue trading. The after care is also first class. Well done Toby / Jack and team.

Toby and the team have gone above and beyond again - I have been using Turnkey for 7 years.

Not Great Customer Service
I dont feel much assistance has been provided using their online portal, bills for previous numbers not being used were charged to us and our vmail system is overcomplicated and therefore still not functional

Hi Ben, thanks for your feedback. It's a shame that you haven't spoken to us about the voicemail system being overcomplicated, you're the only client that we have that finds it so. The numbers we billed you for were numbers of the previous company that you worked for and took over and when we were advised that you didn't require these numbers, we credited your account immediately. If you feel the service we provide is not up to your standards, then maybe you should move to another provider, that is of course your prerogative.
