I lived at Silverdoor (Brentford at the mile) for 11 months, and unfortunately, my move-out experience was extremely disappointing.
I checked out a few hours earlier than my official move-out time. After I had already left, management contacted me regarding a few stickers (around 4–5) that were still on the walls in my room. I immediately offered to come back and remove them myself, especially since my friends were living next door and could have easily helped coordinate access. Had I been informed before my move-out was finalized, I could have removed them during the remaining time I had before the official checkout deadline.
Instead, they chose to remove the stickers themselves and charged me $150, which I found excessively high for such a minor issue.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the payment process. I was willing to pay the charge, but their payment link was not working properly for months. It took approximately 4–5 months for the issue to be addressed, and even then, I continued experiencing problems and ultimately had to get a new card just to complete the payment.
Overall, I found the handling of the situation to be unprofessional. The excessive charge for a few stickers and the prolonged payment issues left a very negative impression. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this apartment complex to others.

Using SilverDoor made my college daughter and her friend's stay in London so much less stressful. They located an apartment for them quickly, it was easy to book, and they provided responsive service and communication before and during the girls' stay. I worked directly with Jack Miller, who was always super responsive, courteous, and helpful and I really appreciated him. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Found the service with Silverdoor to be excellent. Recently made a month long trip to Riyadh and Silverdoor were great in being able to provide a variety of options for me to consider, and take the care of the booking process seamlessly. Hetal in particular was very responsive, accommodating to what I needed, and provided great service. Would recommend!

Silverdoor aren't professional to deal with, in particular Rehnit Aneja. Our company initially paid by BACS, but despite Silverdoor receiving proof the money had been sent, by means of a remittance, it hadn't cleared and so we were then asked to pay by credit card in order to get check in details. We were then charged an additional cost for doing this. Even though, we have in theory paid twice. We were told we would be refunded, but still to this day, we are waiting, and have been waiting since 19th June, several weeks later! Not professional at all. Property was ok though.

I had a very last minute enquiry for a VIP from one of our accounts in the luxury sector requiring over a months stay as close to Covent garden , I advised Silver door the budget and they came back very quickly with decent options. then the dates changed twice , but Sara was quick to amend the quotes , and even though availability affected the apartment type required Sara managed to negotiated with the Apartment management to get an Executive apartment for the same rate as a standard one. I was very pleased with the service!

Having a person to reach out to and getting quick responses made the experience great. Joey Bines was always responsive and supportive. In addition, the unit was consistently serviced every week and it was left pristine and nicely organized as the first day we checked in.

Rhianna reassured us that there is nothing to worry about and was on top of the booking during the booking process. I had a truly wonderful stay at this accommodation. The location is extremely central and convenient, with the station, grocery stores, restaurants, and a variety of entertainment options all within easy reach.
From the moment I arrived, the apartment felt like a cozy home away from home. It is thoughtfully designed, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything one could need for a comfortable stay. The guest services team has been very prompt and responsive, and the housekeeping team consistently does an excellent job keeping the apartment spotless and impeccably maintained every week.
It's a great place to stay.

This company charged us 250pounds for having our dog with us for 7 days accomodation. I have never seen such an expensive fee for a dog.
Additionally they required us to pay 500 pounds as deposit and on that deposit they charged 2.95% for the fee and VAT. I dont understand how a fee and VAT can be applied on a refund.
They applied the same charges on the 250pounds deposit.

Rhianna Keir has been terrific. I mentioned a few, small things that would be nice to have in the flat, such as a coffee maker, a dish towel in the kitchen and heavier curtains in the bedroom to block the light. I intended these as suggestions for the future and was shocked when the very next day, all these things were in the flat. I was happily surprised by such excellent service.
