BAD Order Process, Bad Customer Service.

I have never, in my life, had to trade so many emails in order to get a few simple items - and I was in the Army!
There were 7, SEVEN, emails generated in response to my original order consisting of 3 nameplates, and one nameplate holder.
1) An "online order response" (whatever that is...looks like an invoice to me)
2) An "e-proof approval and estimate"
3) A paypal invoice
4) A paypal receipt
5) An "order follow-up" (which appears to be another - but different-looking invoice)
6) An "invoice follow-up"
7) And finally, a "shipping confirmation".
SEVEN EMAILS, 4 copies of the same invoice, and you still messed up my order because one item (the nameplate holder - which DOES NOT need to be "proofed" because it cannot be altered) was not listed in the proof...and apparently I was just supposed to know that meant it was dropped from my order I assume, arbitrarily, by whomever created the proof.
Then when i notified Beverly Brown at customer service of the error, I didn't get an apology for the convoluted and confusing process or for the mistake. All she did was provide me with additional copies of the various documents I already had in order to sarcastically point out that it "was never on the e proof nor estimate".
No crap Beverly.
But it WAS in my original order!!!
Then she sent a new invoice for the item you guys forgot.
Thanks anyway, but I'd rather save my $7.25.
You should really assess all the systems you have in place to make your billing and order processing function "better", cus someone's ripping you off! I'm so turned off by the laborious process and flippant attitude of your CS Rep that I'm not ever using your company again.
The only reason I'm not giving a lower review is because the items we did receive were correct and in good condition. Wish I could say the same for your CS.

The product I ordered (2 name plates)…

The product I ordered (2 name plates) and they arrived looking perfect. My only issue was the miscommunication between me and the company. It took longer to get the name plates because of that.

Signations did a stellar job with the signs I requested. They were in touch with the price and delivery. The signs were perfect and exactly what I ordered. I will definitely use them again as well as recommend them to others.

The nameplate we order looks great

The nameplate we order looks great. It took quite a number of weeks to arrive and I was unable to communicate with the company to get information about the ship date. We have been happy with their service in the past so perhaps this was a blip.

Good service but you have to stay on top of the order

I like the straight forward process and when I get my signs they are great. When you interact with the staff they are friendly and accommodating. The challenge I have found is that after your order is placed they also don't seem to even start the order unless you call and inquire about the status.
On multiple occasions I have called and emailed about 10 days after the initial email to "sales" and magically the order is complete and on its way within a few days. Don't expect to reach anything but a VM when you call in, but based on experience, they do listen to the VMs.
