necesito la factura comercial

necesito la factura comercial ....Thank you. We are very satisfied with Parts Town and have already made around 30 purchases with you.

However, I would really appreciate your help with one recurring issue: I have never received an invoice in English for any of my purchases. I have requested this several times, but I have not received a response.

Could you please help me resolve this and let me know who I should contact to request the invoices in English for my future purchases?

I ordered the part and it said 2-3 days for delivery. Now it’s more than a week and I still don’t have it.

Doesn't ship same day as website states.

The item didn't ship the same day as stated when ordering it. However, it did ship within a couple of days and was the part we needed.
