There is no priority service for paid reward memberships
The service people and office staff are generally very friendly and try to do a good job.
Our issue is with the scheduling for Sierra Rewards Members.
If you pay the monthly charge to be a Rewards Member, the web site claims that you get priority scheduling.
Generally, it is still first-come, first-served no matter whether you are a member or not. They do try to schedule members higher when they are on a wait-list, however.
The service technicians are friendly and helpful and do a good job, so overall we are happy with our membership.
