Thank you so much. I don’t know what happen with my original order but tracking had stopped updating For almost two weeks. Making it seem as if my package was lost. No fault of Scent Decant. Oddly it arrived today 4.11. I reached out to Scent Decant and they reshipped but I haven’t received that yet but will send it back. Their customer is top tier. Forever a customer.

I ordered a few samples and a travel size scent . Wanna say that all the scents performed well , also would like to add that I did expedite shipping and I’m literally across the country from their headquarters in California, I’m located in Alabama and the package arrived in two days ! They did make a mistake and send the wrong size for one of my fragrances, they made it right with no hesitation and immediately sent out the right size . I would buy from the again . Customer service was excellent as well as the fragrances I ordered.

I ordered ten 1 ml spray sample perfumes from Scent Decant. They sent me exactly what I ordered, and shipping was prompt. Great first experience ordering samples this way!

I love scent box they have great scent for men and women I have loved all the scents I have ordered already they are very informative and all the products I have ordered have showed up on time and I will be recommending this to my friends and family as well.

Ordered a bunch of samples which got misplaced by USPS. They sent out a replacement order faster than USPS could respond to the claim for the lost order. Great customer service. Will definitely be ordering more.

My first time ordering samples from Scent Decant (SD). Unfortunately the sample I was most looking forward arrived shattered. An issue with handling. I contacted SD immediately explaining the issue and with photos. They responded in 2 days and issued a replacement at no additional cost. Which I'm happy to report, arrived in perfect condition. Plus, I'm thrilled with the fragrance!

I like that I can get samples of perfumes so then I can decide what to buy. Shipping was great. I also like that they send your samples in a small pouch.

Buyer Beware: I purchased three 2ML vials from Scent Decant. One of the three was the wrong scent. I let them know asking for them to send the correct fragrance. They responded that they were sorry, but offered no resolution. I guess I wasted my money. I will never buy from them again.

My first time using Scent Decant and had a small issuer with the delivery,but they didn’t hesitate to fix the problem,I still haven’t gotten what I ordered in February it’s suppose to be here in a few days,God Bless

Fast and dependable service , I always get the fragrance I want and the perfume holders are nice better then some other perfume services , I had to reach out recently to scentbox because my perfume was damaged and they were so fast and helpful in sending out a replacement, it made me feel like a valued customer, thanks scentbox

Scents smelled great arrived quickly I had a issue with one of the 5ml bottles when I emailed them to inform them of the issue they immediately sent me a replacement customer service was great and quick I will be ordering from scent decant from now on

So apon stumbling on this website, I often shop for frangrance every now and then. I saw this company had some high end, popular, common, and basic frangrances,as well sample sizes. I decided to purchase a few samplers (Mancera tabacco)(Mercedes Land,Air) to have an Idea of what the real deal is all about or maybe perhaps purchase something similar to that given scent. When I had purchase, it had taken a while to get my order out. I decided to give it time. It was then the blizzard had taken place where my order was unfortunately never delivered. I haded to reach out to the team serval time. So after almost a month of my order not beling delivered, (I believe the carrier was the one responsible). I reach out to the team about the third time, where they had reissue my order. It had finally arrived. So best believe Scent decent is totally reliable.

Scent Decant is an amazing. I had an issue with something g I bought and they replaced it fast and easy. Been shopping with them for a year now.

I've been a longtime Microperfumes customer but they didn't have a certain perfume I was looking for. I decided to check out Scent Decant and I was not disappointed! They had the one I was looking for, and also a different, new inventory. What sets SD apart is the cool mini spray bottles the sample vials come in! Most places, they are the bottles with these infuriating lids you have to wrestle with to get them open. Not SD! Adorable little 1ml spray bottles. So much easier. I really want to give props to customer service, though. They respond to emails fast. And make sure you spring the extra $1 for shipping insurance (only $1!!!). My first package was either misdelivered or stolen, but SD made it right without a hassle. I am hoping they restock on my favorites soon. But 10/10 great experience!!!

Had some trouble with the postal service, not sure where the package went...They were pretty kind and offered to resend the whole order to a different address for free. Pretty cool.
Samples are also really good. Did spill in the package for one or two which was kinda inconvenient. Thanks!
