They do what they say and

They do what they say and I have no problems with the company. Saying that I have never had a claim. I do not like the way they call and email a month before the policy is due and pressure you to make a decision and pay on the spot.

Trying to contact Surewise by telephone…

Trying to contact Surewise by telephone is almost impossible. I have just made an unsuccessful attempt yet again to talk to someone, I was on the phone just waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes just on hold. This is not a free number, it costs. Last year I tried to make a claim when I I did aventually make contact and getting various reports they asked for they just would pay out. So I am NOT renewing my policy with them.
