Caitlin was very knowledgeable and helpful in resolving my issue. My order did not arrive and my account was credited for the purchase. I reordered at a higher price and she was kind to issue another credit to make up the difference. She understands the customer viewpoint and as a result keeps a customer happy and buying more!

I didn't like being told that I had to contact the USPS when my package didn't arrive. I feel that since I am paying for the company to ship an item and they chose the shipping company, they should deal with the company when problems arise. Other than that, I am glad they were willing to refund my money when I relayed the info from USPS that the package had been destroyed.

My order of 2 canisters of Manuka Honey were delivered and 1canister had its cover unscrewed so some of the honey leaked into the box they were in - about half or more was spilled out! The other canister was fine except for being leaked on from the open lid of the other canister. It’s hard to know if the lid wasn’t properly screwed on the canister from the factory it came from or from the Postal delivery of both items. When I told Side Deals about my dilemma, they said they didn’t have any more available to send to me to replace the order, so they kindly refunded every penny!! That’s customer service and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!

The shipping took a little longer than I thought it would, but I got the six pack of Yellow Bird Hot Sauces. They look like they will be delicious and will try them soon. The price was very good and the customer service was great. I failed to enter a code for free shipping, but customer service took care of the problem.
