Don't purchase electronics of any sort. There's a reason they have a "no buyer's remorse policy." Because when the vacuum I purchased that's no longer in production was allegedly "deeply discounted," the reason was because once I received the product and read the owner's manual, I discovered that the battery can never be replaced, so once the battery depletes the vacuum is garbage. Deceitful advertising, and they offered to take it back but I'd have to pay return shipping which would cost more than half the price of the product. I'll be very wary with any company with deals too good to be true and look for that blanket "no take backsies" once you receive it and find out the truth they're conveniently hiding. Bad business, and too bad they refused to do the right thing. I never used it and it was in the original packaging. The item is inherently defective if the battery can’t be replaced. That was not disclosed.

The prices are pretty decent and products are also good to great. The problem that made me cancel my membership since 2011 is their customer services. They are shit.
