When I ordered a pair of pillows...

When I ordered a pair of pillows, I got sent a pair of pillows, however they were full length body pillows. They were nice, but not at all what I needed. Caitlin walked me through the process of getting what I actually ordered sent to me quickly and competently. I couldn't have asked for a easier solution to an earlier mistake.

The ultimate "buyer beware" retailer

The ultimate "buyer beware" retailer! They sell out-of-date products (intentionally), so you take a risk when they arrive. I will NEVER do that again. These products are practically rancid and guess what, I'm stuck with them. I found out after I received my disgusting order that they are an awful company. It's like buying stuff out of the back of some sketchy dude's car - you pay and hope for the best....

Total scam
