My problem was resolved right away after getting the right answer. I also like the ease of communication and quick response. Helpful employees make doing business a pleasure!

After I relayed my disappointment with the product (a cat food that my cats rejected) I got a quick response from Jayme who kindly refunded back to my Credit card the purchase amount.

When I ordered a pair of pillows, I got sent a pair of pillows, however they were full length body pillows. They were nice, but not at all what I needed. Caitlin walked me through the process of getting what I actually ordered sent to me quickly and competently. I couldn't have asked for a easier solution to an earlier mistake.

Jackie (@ Mercatalyst) made prompt replies, and resolved the issue of damaged goods quickly.

I had ordered 2 identical items and one didn't work. Caitlin was awesome and issued an immediate refund without having to ship the device back. I always appreciate such great customer service.

My first and only purchase was a wireless charging stone, received it and it doesn't work, at all, buyer beware!!

Side Deal has been charging my credit card since March/2024 without my consent. Be careful with this company 😖😖😖😖

Ordered on a Thursday, received by the following Tuesday. Was impressed by the price and I'm happy with the product!

The ultimate "buyer beware" retailer! They sell out-of-date products (intentionally), so you take a risk when they arrive. I will NEVER do that again. These products are practically rancid and guess what, I'm stuck with them. I found out after I received my disgusting order that they are an awful company. It's like buying stuff out of the back of some sketchy dude's car - you pay and hope for the best....

I ordered from them, I received no product nor a refund. They have promised my refund on March 3rd. However, as of March 17th and 15 emails nothing

I've placed a dozen or so orders over the last couple of years. No complaints. Not every order has gone perfectly, but customer service is quick, thorough... and nice.

I was so grateful to work with Caitlin with Meh Side Deal on a product received that was not working as expected. With a brief explanation, a response for a photo, and a return email explaining I had discarded the product, Caitlin asked no further questions and issued the refund to ensure my satisfaction. Ok I lied in my first review. But Sidedeal is a fraud company i did not get what I ordered DONT GET SCREWED don't order from them
