Ordered a shirt over a month ago and never received it. Had some sketchy tracking info that said it was delivered but never received it. What a waste of money and time. So tired of these online sites

Shirt took over a month to ship and didn’t even receive a response for a refund

It's been 10 days. No updates on my order. I try to contact them and it's AI support or pre-filled messages that aren't relevant to my problem. No actual way to contact a real human being and discuss the issue. The shirt are ordered doesn't even show in the shop anymore. I type my order number and phone number into the track your order bar and it says it can't find it. I have to go to my shopify account to track it and it just says "preparing your order"This feels like I've been scammed.

My order was placed on June 14 and was delivered on July 6. The quality of the product is excellent. It’s not an original item, of course, but it’s a very high-quality replica with embossed details, excellent stitching, and even the fabric closely matches the original. I’m very impressed with the overall quality.

I think some people expect international orders to arrive within a week, but it’s important to remember that these products are shipped from countries like Thailand or China, and shipping takes time. If you’re buying for a special event, I’d recommend ordering at least a month in advance to avoid disappointment.

Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. I’ll definitely buy again and highly recommend this seller!

The quality of the jersey I bought it’s very good, I don’t really see the difference from the original one, my only issue was that it took longer than promised when I make the purchase, it was supposed to be sent the 23 of June and got actually sent the 26, with a promise of 7-10 days, it arrived today 9 of July, a few days extra so I dont complain to much, I wish they would give a tracking number that indeed gives updates since the beginning, they gave the dhl number for when the package enter the country and didn’t gave updates until the last 3 days so it didn’t felt safe enough I was not getting scammed, I’m glad I didn’t tho. Also the sizing it’s quite small so I order a very big one to fit properly

The reviews originally made me question it… but this is not a scam. The shirt arrived, great quality and price. It took a few days to get info which worried me at first, but then I DMed the company on Instagram and they answered reassuringly. Highly recommend their stuff!

-Extremly slow delivery (4 Weeks) which doesnt help for a Jersey during the World Cup which was marketed with 1-4 days delivery
- Claims to be 'Exchange' only not Refunding
- Returns should be sent to Australia on their own cost even though this is not where the suggested business adress is located
- no official business address, legal notice or imprint visible
- Shirt does not seem to be officially licensed from quality perspective

This is close to being a SCAM not following regular business practices.

I bought four identical shirts for the family and they were all of poor quality. The seams are crooked and bubbled and the pieces that are sewn on are crooked and misaligned. It looks like the shirts was sewn by an 8-year-old with Parkinson's. Too bad you can't attach pictures here to show what rubbish it is.

Did I mention that the communicated delivery time of 10-14 days took 32 days?

They even faked reviews on the website in my name.

In case of complaints you can contact them through Instagram and when you do that you get blocked.

Never again.

After nearly a month of waiting, I finally received the five shirts I ordered, so I wanted to share my experience before anyone decides to buy.

This company sells replica jerseys from different teams. Pay close attention to the sizing charts and product photos before ordering. The shirts are shipped from China, and it seems likely that the company is sourcing them from another supplier and then reselling them.

If you’re in the United States, keep in mind that packages can get delayed in customs, sometimes for an unpredictable amount of time.

In my case, I placed my order on May 31 and received shipping information on June 4. However, the package wasn’t even handed over to the shipping carrier in China for nearly a month. It appears there may have been an issue with their supplier or fulfillment process.

As for the jerseys themselves, the quality is decent but not perfect. Some badges and logos look smaller than they should, and a few details appear incomplete. I own an original Adidas Mexico ’86 jersey, and when comparing it to the replica, the differences are noticeable. On the other hand, the Real Madrid jersey I ordered looks quite good.

Overall, the quality is acceptable for the price, but don’t expect exact replicas of the originals.

I’m giving them 3.5 stars. Their customer service was helpful and changed my size from Medium to Large after I realized the Medium measurements were too short. After waiting for so long they were wiling to give me a refund but the order started moving. However, the month-long wait significantly impacted my experience.

I’ve since found sellers in China offering what appear to be the same jerseys for around $16, with even better quality. If you’re willing to do some research, you may be able to find those suppliers directly rather than paying a middleman.

Well my jersey arrive on time for my Colombia match yesterday. Is so beautiful jersey , the quality , the numbers on, the patches definitely inlove with my New Jersey and let’s go Colombia for the World Cup ❤️‍🔥🇨🇴⚽️.

Only buy a shirt if you don’t mind it taking weeks and weeks to arrive. And please look at their return terms. If you still order then more fool you.
